I called ahead they told me that they had the part and I showed up waited in person for 20 minutes (not counting the break I took to go down the street and back cuz he was taking long so long)for the guy to tell me he'd have to have it in in the morning. After finally verifying the right make and model mark said that he'd have to order some that are a little bit more but he would discount them for me. Now I get them bring them home the following morning and as I'm double checking the fitment he charged me an astronomical double of what anybody else charges for an FCS cheap part. I will never give my money to car parts Warehouse ever again. He charged me $150 per strut and spring when literally every website and every store in the area sells the pier for $200. And when I checked the Rock Auto website they sell them for literally half that $75 a piece. So not only did I waste hours driving there and back multiple times but I have been taken for a mark by a gentleman named Mark.
Saved the day! I went to all the big name stores & none of them could get the part in for at least a week. I stumbled into this place just to try my luck & to my surprise, not only could they get the part the next day (Today) but they charged me $58 LESS than the cheapest price I was offered at AutoZ. They called me first thing this morning to tell me the part was in & I am elated! I just pulled over on mayfield to write this. I needed this part so bad. I have to drive 2000 miles away today for work so when I say they saved the day just in time, I really mean it. I couldn’t be more grateful.
I have found this chain of stores to be my favorite parts store . Excellent service better prices. You can get a free pair of wiper blades on your birthday, my daughter did no purchase necessary. THANK YOU CAR PARTS WAREHOUSE.
