Man, I always feel like I get my moneys worth coming here. You just have to really really look for something good sometimes it can be a little too tight on the shirt, rack and stuff and like clothes be fun and stuff but honestly, you can find a little bit of anything here! So fun!

The cashier I had yesterday was just the nicest lady! She was training a new employee and was very patient with her too. She asked if I was doing their bingo promotion, I was not, so she got me a card and told me all about it !! So if you were the lady at the Lakewood location training someone, great job yesterday! Appreciate you!!!

This is one of my go-to thrifting spots. Prices are on the high side (for thrift), but there are often discounts. Also, their selection is huge. Very good for shoes, and clothing. Lots of kids clothing, coats and jewelry. But know that there are no dressing rooms, so be ready to dress such that you can try on clothing over whatever you’re wearing. Book section is small and there is little or no furniture. Hours are good and staff is friendly.

These boots were priced at around $11?and should never have been put on the sales floor. The material is completely falling apart, peeling everywhere, and the strap is destroyed. They are absolutely unwearable. And in this condition shoes like those i saw a lot((( Selling items like those is unacceptable. Calling this “used” is misleading! this is trash that should have been thrown away, not sold to customers for $11?????? Very disappointing.

With the prices of goodwill and salvation army going up more and more Value World is so affordable. I have found so many steals there and they have a bingo card right now that is so fun to do!

Close to home and I always find something I HAVE to buy!

Doing this for the BINGO card but…love value world. I do think it’s gotten a bit pricey, but they still have more affordable prices than the Goodwill. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase used clothes!

I’ve been a newer shopper at value world for the last year and every time I am here everyone is so welcoming, there is a sense of community, and I always find something interesting to take home! Shout out to Lisa, who is always fabulous in her pins, and gives very pleasant experiences to everyone who comes through!

This is a regular thrifting haunt for me. It's nearby and it's usually a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. When I take donations in they're always appreciative and offer assistance even going out to my car to help. The selection at this location can be a bit hit or miss and the cleanliness of some of the garments has stressed me out a few times. But the sales and deals are often very good. Plus, if you sign up for rewards and texts, there are extra ways to save. Climate control is often a challenge ; lots of air conditioning in summer and heat in the cooler months so it's wise to dress in layers if you plan to shop around some.

Need to do a better job with the racks. There is barely any space to actually look at the clothes because the racks are jam packed. Also pricing seems to be going up on clothing with noticeable stains, rips and holes.

Pricing these clothes over $5 with noticeable wear and tear is ridiculous. I wouldn’t pay a nickel to wear something with a hole or loose threads. The store doesn’t dressing rooms which is also a big no-no.

I stopped by the Lakewood location recently to see how it compared to other VWT locations. I wasn’t doing any serious shopping but I did see some nice items. After skimming a little and I did purchase a nice pair of dockers that were only a $1.60… steal! I’ll definitely come back and do some more thrifting another day. Employees were kind as well the store was organized and clean!

Nothing is organized by size. You’d have to spend all day to find something in your size. Not even the tags are marked with size. If you find something without an inner tag then you’re out of luck because there are no rooms to try anything. Almost all of their shoes, coats, and bags had very bad and noticeable damage. You have to spend $100 to get $5 off. GOODWILL is spend $30 get $5 off. SAVERS is 50% off everything on Mondays. Plenty better thrift stores out there.

I don't really understand how you're supposed to buy pants if you can't try them on and sales are final (Savers got rid of changing rooms, but at least you can return things that don't fit for one week). I thought maybe the reason that all the men's pants had store tags with different sizes on them compared to the manufacturer's tag was maybe because they remeasured stuff to make it easier to buy without trying on, but no, that store tag was definitely wrong when I got home. It's a pity, too, they're nice pants (maybe this is why the selection is quite good!)

Very much enjoyed the two day tour of the Magical Mystery Machine and its 50% off days at the Lakewood location! Got my fall wardrobe sorted for under $25!! Love thrifting❣️

All the staff is friendly and courteous. The store is well kept up with. I can always find a bargain. I love the extra discount days the most. I enjoy shopping here except no place to try on clothes, that would be a welcomed bonus.

I purchased a few things but foung a bargain on a gown for a wedding after I got the same gown last week for 250dollars at David's bridal it cost me 2dollars and 10 cents at value world I went this morning and got my money back for David's. value world is my new Macy's lol

I love coming to this store. I can spend hours shopping and looking through their abundant inventory of clothing. The prices are way better than Goodwill. The employees are welcoming and very friendly. I'm a frequent shopper and will definitely be returning soon. Maybe even tonight.

This store produces and is large however prices are fairly high compared to other stores in the area and compared to other value worlds. 18$ flannels 60$ coats sometimes 30-40$ t-shirts is wild. However some stuff can be fairly priced and there will be good deals to find. There are lots of houseware smalls here and their case gets loaded. Lots of media as well. This store is ALWAYS busy with 20-40 people shopping.

Value World store have been a part of my family for many years. My grandmother and mother would not only shop there but they also took things for donation. Moving to Cleveland and finding a Value World less than 10mins from home was like gold! The staff at this location are always welcoming and extremely helpful and they keep the store so neat and organize. My children are now in love with this store which let's me know that my family's tradition will continue on!

Really nice selection & the employees were all so kind as well! I will happily be back anytime I’m on the Westside! Found this great condition Columbia jacket for $8.80 regularly + they were having a 50% the store sale! Great store where you can find quality for low prices!

This thrift store has everything! I never ever have left empty handed. Clean, organized, and fun! So much to choose from :)

Area thrift shop that carries clothing items for men, women, and children. The selection of men’s clothing was better than most thrift shop’s but I was disappointed in many of the prices of items. They do have a color tag sale when a certain color of tag is 50% off, but even then some items were overpriced. They also offer a selection of items other than clothing such as housewares and knick knacks. They did have a few small furniture items available and a display case for jewelry and watches. They also had an area behind the display case that they put any name brand items and asked much higher prices for. The vintage clothing available was also marked much higher than the regular prices. The restrooms had to be asked for and were of very poor quality and in desperate need of a cleaning. The employees were pleasant for the most part.
