An absolute hidden gem, Cleveland original, and a must visit!
I’ve been wanting to get out to see Tim Willis Monster Trucks for a while, had a good feeling that we’d have fun but was not entirely sure what to expect (even after reading reviews). It was the ultimate “touch a truck” for my 3 year old son and I. The grounds with the trucks and creations are open and you can climb in and on them.
The visit would’ve been a winner already, but after a few minutes Tim heard us exploring and came out to introduce himself and show us his workshop and other creations! He was so kind and hospitable with his time and facilities showing us the projects he’s working on and talking with us about his creations (they work and move!) and just about everything else. He let me son command the two headed dragon to move and open and shut his mouth, took some pictures for us, and even offered us water (when my son complained he was thirsty).
Tim Willis Monster Trucks has two new huge fans! A true renaissance man and we can’t wait to visit again and see what else he’s working on!
The highlight of our trip to Cleveland was stopping here and getting a full tour from Tim! This man is brilliant! He’s created a world of robotics and is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! Totally unexpected amazing experience.
Took a client to see the Monster truck art today and had a marvelous time. Tim came over to talk to us and showed us pieces he was working on in his workshop as well as how the dragon moved and "came to life". He was fantastic to talk to and we had a great time looking at all his work. Highly recommend if you are in the area to stop and visit.
This great artist, tech self taught engineer. He is an amazing gem of Cleveland.We meet him at his workshop and shared a great full hour talking and showing us his work. This man is down to earth person.

Tim is jovial and inviting. He allows the kids to climb on the trucks at will and shows you where the best picture opportunities are. The scope of what Tim does is amazing. Don’t miss this big you’re in Cleveland!

Tim is a delightful host to his collection of robots and dragons and monster trucks. It's free. We made a donation anyway because we thought it was terrific! Our 7-year-old grandson really had a blast! Highly recommend a visit. It was worth the drive from Pittsburgh!
An amazing array of monster trucks created by Tim Willis. We called the number listed and Tim answered and gave us a tour of the trucks and more (for free). These are all full functional machines (youtube Tim Willis Monster Trucks). Tim is a self-taught renaissance man. He's like a mechanical and electrical engineer, a welder, designer, carpenter, and showman. After a few minutes, it's like you've known him for years.
Me and my fiancé were in town doing some sightseeing from Pittsburgh. We stopped at the rock ‘n’ roll, Hall of Fame, Lakeview, Cemetery, and a few other places and this was one of the places I wanted to come too cause I’m a little kid at heart. I enjoyed it.
12/10. Tim is an amazing guy who is absolutely brilliant! We called the number and he came out and personally toured us around the property. He explained everything top to bottom and let the kiddos climb up on anything and everything! We spent at least a couple of hours and everyone from toddler to adult had a great time. We are blown away by what we saw and the man who created it all!
I drove past Tim's place in my concrete mixer during the week. I stopped and met Tim, asked if I could bring my family through on the weekend. He says sure, call me or just come through the gate.
I brought my 4 year old son and we had a blast!! Tim invited us around to see everything and it was a warm, fun, amazing and educational experience. Tim is the real deal!! A genius!! We are looking forward to coming back!!
Tim was awesome to chat with and so nice. We showed up unannounced (we didn't realize calling ahead was a good idea) and he dropped what he was doing and came out to let us in and show us around for like 2-3 hours! His monster trucks and robots are incredible, but even more incredible is Tim himself! He's so cool and so smart and so kind and so generous and so creative and hard working! We and our children had a blast. Two thumbs up
My 6 yr old told me on our way home, "I wish I was Tim." Haha he literally wanted to stay and work with him. And I have to admit, so did I. I aspire to be like Tim. He does what he loves and he loves what he does!
Tim gave my family a personal tour of his trucks, robots, and workshop on a Sunday afternoon. Treated us like family the moment we pulled up.

Tim is incredible. You can't match this guy's talent. His trucks/robots are unlike anything you will see elsewhere. Add in that he is totally self taught and one of the nicest humans! Make an appointment when you go so you can be sure to meet him...you will not be sorry!
I came across Tim's online while looking into places to take my kids during a Cleveland trip, and this place was amazing! We were lucky enough to catch Tim outside on a day he was giving tours, so we were able to get an in-depth tour of our own. My kids were enthralled! They were able to climb into and on any of the vehicles and robots, and Tim even displayed 2 of the robots in action for them. Tim's is unique, and he's a great and talented host who clearly loves what he does. A 10/10 experience that we could've easily spent twice as long at if we hadn't had to leave to make a booked tour after our stop.
We were so surprised to get an up close and personal tour of Tim’s Creative Genius! Cleveland is truly blessed to have such a wizard of enchantment. He engineers everything from dragons that can blow fire from their nostrils and chomp their razor sharp teeth while drooling bloody saliva to winged goddess’s who can flap their wings and wiggle their fingers. He is enormously kind and supportive to inquiring young minds! Thank you so much Mr. Willis!!
Tim is the most inspirational engineer of robotic motor cars ever! He took the time to explain how he made his creations and was very friendly. What a great treasure he is to our young people.

LOVE IT! Just when I thought I've seen everything there is to see in my hometown, I was pleasantly surprised on a Thursday night bike ride. Tim's a cool guy and part of what makes this city a vibrant and exciting place to live.
Amazing. Tim saw us admiring his work and walked over and opened the gate to let us in and take a closer look. Great guy and extremely talented! P.S. The dragons' mouths are remote controlled!!
