My car was supposed to be picked up on Saturday by a different company and they were a no call/no show. Smithsons got the contract on Sunday, we worked out a time, and they picked it up promptly. Very pleasant and easy to work with
When you need a tow you need it done fast and done right. We called at 6:30pm on a Sunday and the car was dropped off at our mechanic before 7:30pm. Hiram was easy to work with from the first call with a quick quote, to picking up and dropping off the car.
These guys are 10/10. My car was is a difficult spot to tow away, Hiram showed up and had it moved within 5 minutes. Would absolutely call these guys again!
Hiram was awesome. He helped me get my stuff out of the car after he hooked it up. He cleaned up the yard a little bit and it wasn’t even that much stuff very professional and very nice man.

Smithsons towed my high end Audi S6 from the far East side to the shop located in Brooklyn Heights and the driver handled it with care as if it were his own vehicle. The gentleman that picked up my car was very professional and reasonable , he gave me the feeling as if I were family and cleared my narrow driveway as if he were born to tow. If I could rate 1-10, he’d get a 18, didn’t even get the young man’s name, but he was a gem.
