Excellent towing service! He arrived within minutes of my call and handled everything very professionally. The towing was smooth, safe, and well-organized, and he took great care of the vehicle. The pricing was very reasonable and much lower compared to other towing companies. Overall, a fast, reliable, and stress-free experience. Highly recommended.

Let me tell y'all at 1am I caught a flat everyone I called was outta the way or didn't have a jack. He got there in a timely fashion he changed my tire fast and efficiently and I was on my way. I would def recommend him and will be using him again.
The driver originally towed my car to the wrong location. I agreed to leave it there only because they said they could fix the car in the meantime. The car was never fixed, so I called back and asked for it to be towed to the correct, original location I requested from the beginning.
The tow truck driver said he would take care of it — but after that, he ignored every single one of my calls and texts. Even when others called on my behalf, he still refused to answer or respond.
This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with him at all unless you want your car taken to the wrong place and to be ignored when you need help resolving the issue.
My first time having to use a tow truck in this city and Mr. Rollins made the experience pleasant. He even went as far as helping us find a company to fix our vehicle.

Rollins Towing Svcs went above and beyond to ensure I was mobile although I initially called for one issue and another issue arose. I can truly say the service and care for the customer was top tier and I would definitely recommend. I'd like to add they got there to rescue in record time, in comparison to my insurance roadside. I could only be grateful especially in extremely cold weather and no heat. Thank again Rollins Towing!
Best Service Hands down ,i called 10 different towing companies they all over charged me but this guy was fair in all aspects…I hit a guard rail at a dead end street and the guy came the time he said he was…didn’t charge me extra for a pulling me out i only paid $270 when out companies charge $400-$600 …I would recommend them to anybody
Called because we got stranded with 2 flats and multiple hours long wait for insurance roadside. He was here in 12 minutes, very friendly, waited for our ride to pick us up so we weren’t alone in the dark and took my car to get the place I asked. Would recommend!!!
