I was delivering a scrap die to AIM, American Iron & Metal in Cleveland, Ohio, when they dropped a {50,500lb die} on my truck and trailer. I have been in contact with AIM starting the day of the incident, both pieces of equipment were totaled and they do not want to pay for the damage they caused. As a result of this they have caused a lot of damage to me and my company.

I HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHEN I ENTER SCRAP SITE ITS WHN I LEAVE IM UPSET I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH NICK YOUNG BLACK MALE 27 IN AGE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE HE TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP I HAVE COMPLAINED TO MANAGER MARC HOFFMAN SEVERAL TIMES AND SO HAS OTHERS CAME TO MARC ABOUT NICKS DISRESPECT I HAVE A RECORDING OF HOW NICK TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE WE ARE BENEATH HIM ITS BECAUSE OF NICK I WONT RETURN UNTIL HES FIRED OR DISCIPLINED
