I have never had a problem with Zegers before, however, the day of the storm, we needed a car towed from Galion to Iberia. We called the morning the snow was supposed to hit, wanting to get it off of the road in order for it to be out of the way for plows. We had just had an suv towed the month before, the exact same distance, for $110... So I'm guessing it will be about the same. The guy tells us yes, he will do it, but it will be $150 in cash, or $190 if we use our card. At first, I was like whatever, a storm is coming, maybe it's a storm fee or something, but the more I thought about it,the more I believed he was taking advantage of the situation. Dude gets there and says I think it's out of gas, we go get a gas can and put gas in it (the electric is bad In the car and the gauge wasn't reading correctly apparently) dude still charged us $90 for stopping out for 5 mins. Which yes id imagine there is a fee for stopping out but a $90 fee seems ridiculous... Idk Maybe I'm just irritated about it, but either way, next time I'll be going elsewhere
I was stuck in a ditch and he came and got me right out . Took maybe 15 minutes. Very professional and communicated with me and assured it will be ok .
Was super polite and precise on timing, even called ahead to say he was a couple minutes behind but showed up on time. Big help for my mini emergency breakdown. Price was outstanding as well. Will be using for future towing needs.
Zegers is a life saver specifically Jessie my car brock down at drug mart and I have them a call and he help towed my car and the prices are low and perfect this is a great towing company and if my car breaks down again I know that zegars will always be there to help
Jesse was prompt and gave a fantastic ETA, safely pulled my girlfriends vehicle out of the field using a side winch attachment on the rear of his flatbed, and followed me back to my house and gave me a ride back to my vehicle, without charging an arm and a leg. I will be calling zegers for any future towing.
Jesse did a great job for me, he went above and beyond what he needed to do, and really helped me out a lot on a Sunday morning when I got a flat tire. Reasonable price, and a would highly recommend them to others.
Jesse was amazing! I had a car I needed gone and he gave me all my options and we went from there. He was super professional and sympathetic to my situation and I am absolutely grateful that zegers was recommended ☺️

I was stuck in the mud very late. A very nice gentleman came out and helped me. He was very friendly and polite considering I think I got him out of bed to help someone get out of mud at midnight. Thank you for helping me and your great service!! Highly recommend!
A few weeks ago I took my husbands car in to a shop in Marion Ohio (visiting my parents at the time) for an oil change, little did I know that that same shop didn't replace the skid plate properly after finishing the oil change.
On my way back to our own place 2+ hours away in Kent Ohio, about 10 minutes into my drive the skid plate caught air as I was driving past 10pm on a Sunday and was dragging on the road, I spent about an hour trying to reattach the plate so I could finish my drive and get home. I was alone and stressed because my husband needed his car for work in the morning so I called around in a panic, I finally got to Zegers Towing and Jesse agreed to come lift the car just enough to remove the plate entirely using a small toolkit I had in the trunk, as it is mostly for cosmetic purposes, by the time Jesse arrived it had been 1.5 hours since I started my drive and I still had 1.5 hrs of a 2hr drive to go (no fault of his own I should add).
He allowed me to sit in his truck and warm up while he removed the plate with my not-so-great tools, Jesse didn't cost an arm and a leg like some other places wanted for a late night call.
Great service, very professional, would definitely recommend if someone I know needs some help in the future!!

Had my Momma's truck break down on the side of the road, driving home from getting it fixed no less. Zegers sent out their driver Jesse, very professional and great service. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing a tow and if ever need be, I hope not but we never know, we will be using them again.

So I have updated My rating as altho I was unable to contact before I would definitely call again just because of the wonderful follow up

Called to have a car towed from house to house and was quoted a fair price with a eta of 30 to 35 mins. They were there is 15 and loaded the car and had it delivered in less than 20 mins. The driver was exceptional. Would recommend them every time
Jesse was a life saver. He not only showed up in a timely manner, he was pro active in pin pointing what might have gone wrong with my vehicle, and was extremely low in price (especially for a Sunday). I will absolutely 100% use them for all my towing needs. Thank you sooooo much!!!

I've have been using zegers towing services multiple times in the last few months due to car issues. There quick, polite and courteous. easy to work with! I highly recommend them if your stuck on the side of the road or need towing help!
We have used Zegers twice now with excellent service experiences. The first time our insurance company left my husband out on the highway for 3 hours while they shopped for a cheap after hours price! He called Zegers and they got right to him. The second experience was through insurance who contacted Zegers for us, but Zegers called to confirm and called with questions on where to put the vehicle. Great service!
