I was in the store today, needing oil for my car. The gentleman at the desk, Larry, was so nice and helpful. He came out to my car, checked my oil, and added what was needed. He also noticed my antifreeze was running a bit low and filled it for me. The folks working at this location always go above and beyond expectations. Truly appreciate them.
I went to there today as I had absolutely no headlights on my 2012 Chevy Traverse and Bree was absolutely patient and honest about everything and answered my questions. And if she couldn't answer my question she didn't try and come up with anything and would say she didnt know and etc. I will definitely be going back there. She even gave me a number for a mechanic to.help with replacing my headlight bulbs. Thank you Bree, you were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable.
I'm normally a pretty big fan of this location. But I had purchased an item at the guidance of the clerk. At the time I had questioned the clerk if it was indeed the correct item because it did not look the same as the original. I was told yes the computers never wrong. Fast forward a couple months and I actually go to put the item on my car and surprise surprise it is not the correct item.
Is it my fault for waiting to put the item on the car? Maybe. But you should feel confident enough in the items you buy that you shouldn't have to go home and use them immediately because you're worried about a 45-day return window.
So needless to say I went back in and purchased the correct item and I am immediately putting it on my vehicle.
It would have been a nice gesture if the clerk would have applied some of in-store coupon that I'm fairly certain they can use at their own discretion.
But nothing like that happened.
Outstanding assistance. We didn't know why both our headlights went out one after another. We suspected that fuses were blown. Bree knew figured out exactly which fuses, but first we decided to just check the headlamps first. Bree came out in the cold to help. When we saw that the sockets had deposits, Bree helped to clean them and helped replace the lamps. Can't thank her and her assistant Gavin enough for all the help! Now that's what we call old-fashioned customer service! Rare!!
Great help. Had a fairly large order. He was more than happy to help me. Including carrying some things out to the car. I recommend them for all your automotive needs. Won't hesitate to go back. Thanks guys !!!!!

Absolutely went above and beyond I had to drive for a part so I can get it quicker but when I got there there was a discount waiting for me when I arrived the first part ended up defective and they replaced it no questions asked these guys know what they're doing
Gary is the best his profressional approach and handling of my father and I is why when my dad asked where i wanted to stop i said "Advanced I dont like how Autozone treats us" thanks again Gary hope they give you a raise you deserve it!!
I walked around this establishment wish list shopping for about 10minutes while one employee did the paperwork on a return I brought back and in the meantime another employee hollered across the store and asked me if I was going to buy anything or what, I politely told him the situation and return back to the counter to see if she had my return completed, I signed the return slip and walked out and I will never go back to that store again if that was my employee I would have fired him on the spot! This isn't the first time I've heard of employees there being rude to customers if I could give them zero Stars I would.
They gave me the wrong part after speaking with the person on the phone and then when I went in to pick it up the guy ACTED like he was checking the parts and said it was the right one! Drove back to get the RIGHT part. No apology from them NOTHING!
Used to be knowledgeable and good prices. Now, $400 to do my brakes and rotors. Ordered online for $185 including shipping, and a free bottle of brake cleaner and fluid. And ceramic pads, same as in store. Alright for a quick fix place, but you better know what you need, cause they don't.
Horrible customer service, unless your a "buddy" obviously. Staff are to busy on their phones. Not the greatest with customer service, now that Auto zone came to town maybe their attitudes will change. My father had no a/c in his vehicle, he stopped to buy some freon and asked if it was fine to pop the hood and put it in there, they told him to go elsewhere. I told him to return it and someone at another store would be happy to assist him. Thanks to Nate at O'Reilly's in Calcutta, he even helped him put it into the car and got his ac up and running great.
I was at this store yesterday November 24, 2017 . I kept my receipt so I could call the manager of the store to tell that person how amazing and helpful Ralph C was to me. I believe he went far and beyond to help me out, he helped me get the correct anti freeze for my Detroit style messed up van, and he also informed me not to fill the resavore where the anti freeze goes to the top, and I would had, he did it for me, and I asked about a tool I could buy to take my license plates off as I wanted to put on my Red Wings on front and Autism awareness on back, he is awesome, he did that for me and I am very grateful for his friendly help, I truly believe he didn't have to go and help me out, but he did! I truly thank you! By the way, Ralph was the manager I spoke to today to complement him. Thank you so much for your help.
