Aiden at the State Route 170 store in Calcutta, Ohio saved the day! Went to two shops closer to my home but they wouldn’t put the battery in due to the cold weather. Aiden more than willingly did it in quick time. A+ Customer Service and a cool and nice young man. I’ll be driving the extra miles to Calcutta Auto Zone the next time I need to go to an auto parts store.
Starting off by saying I used to go through autozone for any and every part for my buisness. However, as of recently with certain employees at the store they hesitate and reluctantly refuse my warrantied parts I purchase. Because of this I will be taking my buisness to oreillys. Ive had customer electronic parts and my own cease to operate correctly within just a few weeks granted autozones "lifetime warranty" they should be WARRANTIED. Justin one employee as such hesitates to extreme extent to warranty these parts and even refuses helping in store. I called about a electronic part that I've replaced 7 times! Within the last year and to warranty/refund it i need to speak with a manager. On the other hand, I spoke to Youngstown, cranberry township, pittsburgh, stuebenville, wintersville, salem, Rochester, weirton, downtown east liverpool, and beaverfalls. I even went as far to call and ask 42930 Vegas drive, Las Vegas if they'd warranty the part which in response they would, as well as refund. I have also called asking for a warranty under a phone number and was told by JUSTIN yet again, that there was no warranty for the part i was calling about. Once again, called around every other autozone and it was in the phone numbers warranty list and to my suprise (not really) that a vast majority have had the same issue with Calcutta rt 170 autozone. This autozone is a scam taking advantage of warranties and parts purchased. On the positive side of this review Hunter and Charlie both are from my experience some of the much better autozone employees, as they go out of their way to not only help in anyway they can, but are honest with their parts and the warranties offered. They may be the only redeeming factor of this store... that is if you can catch them, as they're busy picking up everyone else's slack.
Dude, helping me with my warranty, walked away and help somebody else instead of trying to figure out how he could help me somebody else walked out, figured it out in less than a minute crazy work respect goes a long way definitely could’ve said have a nice day or something
Friendly employee was able to help me find the fluids that were best suited for my truck. They even helped carry heavy parts out to my vehicle for me. Top notch service!

Went here to pick up oil an filter for my son's car they have some specials going on with oil an filters at a low price was greeted an takin care right away the lady was nice an polite got what I needed an was out of there less then 7 mins thank you autozone...
I visited the Calcutta store today to have my battery tested and my alternator tested and the gentleman named Ryan was extraordinary and very very helpful to me and made me feel good about my visit and im definitely going to be returning because of Ryan alone he is very good at his job !!!!!!!
John was incredibly helpful, my car was overheating and he helped me figure out the issue and fix it in only a couple of minutes. Had to drive to New York the following day and had no problems.

Marsha was very rude to me and was extremely rude to the employees while I was there. I DEFINITELY will not be going here anymore. The other employees were very kind, but in a world with so many other options for me, I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
Meets expectations very helpful. A great selection at a prime price. Bought seat covers but went elsewhere for detailing products because they were less expensive elsewhere
Knowledgeable employees are hit and miss. Some are extremely experienced, some are like a deer in headlights. Alternators don't seem to be remanufactured, just a non-functioning core in a box.
Always quick & friendly customer service I give them 5*s. The team you have at the calcutta, Ohio store is one of the best teams ive ever seen at a Auto Zone store and the go above and beyond to make sure you get the right part.
They are great will check battery alternator before you buy and sometimes change it for you if they aren't real busy best place to buy parts they are great
Deliciously cool inside. Well stocked. Friendly, courteous, helpful employees. Quickly helped n on my way. Easy access from nice sized parking lot. Little difficult crossing traffic getting in or leaving. But doable.
