I called numerous dealers looking to trade my Cadillac for a new GMC 1500. I found the exact truck online at Fairway. I soon spoke to JJ who took the time to look over my trade pictures and explain their truck to me. He told me he was off the next day (Friday) and that we could get together Saturday to further discuss. I called JJ Friday afternoon, forgetting he was off, but he answered and talked with me. Late Friday evening he worked a deal up for me which I agreed too. He then told me to be at the dealership at 11 a.m. Saturday to complete the transaction, promising that it would be a quick process. Early Saturday emails and text began to roll in from the dealership which allowed me to have most items handled from my couch. I showed up at the dealership at 11 am Saturday and was on my way home around 30 to 45 minutes later. I will buy another from JJ and Fairway!

I gotta say that this was the best car leasing experience I've ever had. My salesman Ryan was straight up and honest throughout the purchase. When we couldn't reach a deal my first visit, he didn't give up. I never felt like they were giving me the run around like other dealerships have. If you shop here, ask for him! The sales manager, Brandon, contacted me and made the deal work a couple days later and let Ryan finish the sale. His exact words were "I'm not going to lose a customer over a couple hundred dollars" Their price beat every other dealership in the area. I know because the dealership in Boardman tried to pull a fast one. Boardman had a similar deal but the truck was sold while we were talking and they tried getting me into one that had more miles for the same price. Also want to thank Justin for the paperwork side of the deal. It was super quick and easy! Shop here for your next GMC. I'm glad I did!

Fairway, since coming into town has been great to work with. They take time to listen and answer questions. They go above and beyond to help you. I purchased my truck with them. They guided me and helped me to get the best deal and the most "bang for my buck". I get all my servicing done with them. I will be a lifelong customer.

I’ll start with saying I was in the market for a new truck. And I did the song and dance with about 5-6 dealerships in about a 3 week time frame. Then I found the exact truck I wanted online, it had everything I wanted my new truck to have. So I contacted the dealer to get the out the door price, now I expected it to be a little higher then the online price that I was shown but no they came back 3k less then advertised and about 7k cheeper then anyone else with the same truck! So I chose to go with fairway gmc because they made it so easy there was no hassle at all! This is my 2nd brand new truck and the way I was treated at fairway made me feel like I mattered not only as a potential customer but as a person! I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a vehicle new or used you give them a chance first only because you’ll be treated just like you want to be. My purchase at Fairway GMC was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a new vehicle. The straightforward, upfront, and honest negotiations made the entire process smooth and stress free. The entire experience was great, from the beginning when I inquired about the vehicle, Pop was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even helped my husband surprise me by putting a big red bow on the car when we picked it up on Valentine’s Day. He also reached out after to make sure everything was good with the car and to answer any additional questions if I had them.

Really great experience overall. Justin Caplinger was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with — no pressure, no games, no back-and-forth. Everything was explained clearly and the deal was exactly what we discussed. The trade-in process was smooth and finance was quick and professional. Based on my experience anyone looking for a new Chevy, GMC, or Ford should call and talk with the staff of Fairway. Ryan my salesman and Zack the finance manager treated me like family. Their everyone price they quote on their website is the price everyone pays not like alot of thier competitors that quote thousands of dollars off only to find out you either need to be a veteran or a first responder to receive the advertised price. After finishing the paper work, Ryan spent probably an hour to hour and a half going over the features and helping set up my phone. I will recommend this awesome company to all my friends and colleagues. Yes I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up my new Suburban but it was worth saving an additional $6000.00. Thanks guys. Mark

I just purchased my new GMC truck from Justin Caplinger at Fairway GMC and I could not be more pleased with the experience! This is my 27th personal vehicle and I have been involved with over 40 car deals through the years. I would have to say this was the best. What I observed is a dealership that sets there pricing ahead of time so it is competitive right from the start. I checked some other dealerships and they would groan if I sent them a screenshot of the offer off of Fairway’s website and they would begin to say that they would match the price only if I would agree to buy extra add on’s so they could make more money. This solidified that Fairway was offering a truly great value with no catch. Secondly, and most important, Justin Caplinger in sales, and Zach in finance make the most difference. Any business can offer a low price, but the service and the ease of doing business is the most important! Justin was able to research and answer any questions that I had and there was NO GAMES being played. He is straightforward, courteous and even helped find another dealer that had the color of truck that I was considering just so I could see it in person since I am about a 100 miles away from Fairway GMC. Truthfully, most sales representatives would not do that in fear of losing a sale. Ultimately, I would recommend this dealership and their sister dealerships to anyone in the tri-state area. My dad and I came in today because I was interested in a 2023 Chevy Traverse. We drove over an hour because they had multiple vehicles I was interested in and they were recommended by a friend. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and immediately set up to work with Bobby Knepper in Sales I told him what I was looking for and told him my budget. He made sure it had gas and got the keys for me and let us take a test drive. When we returned we worked on the paperwork and discussed exactly where I want to be budget wise. I've never been to a dealership where they weren't upselling something or pushing me out of my budget. Bobby made sure I was comfortable with the numbers and handed me off to Justin Medure in Finance. Again, Justin didn't try to push anything extra on me, he respected my budget and worked with me to find a warranty and gap coverage that fit my needs and stayed within my desired monthly payment. Both Bobby and Justin thoroughly explained everything to me and made the process as smooth as possible. The overall dealership was extremely comfortable and relaxed. You didn't feel like you were being surrounded by piranhas when you looked around. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this dealership entirely and will definitely be doing business with them in the future when it comes time.

Overall a great experience! JJ Miller (Sales Mgr) and Zack Shuster (Finance Mgr) made this the best lease experience my wife and I have ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. We drove 2 hrs 20 mins to get to Fairway Chevy/GMC and it was the best decision we made after spending over a week looking for this particular truck.
