I came in to have an alternator tested and the employee did not know how to use their machine. This was not an issue as he was polite about it and apologized. However, the issue is the machine was very inaccurate, it said my alternator was in good working condition when it was definately bad. So do not trust their machine that tests your vehicle parts!

Due to your automated respone of my earlier review i Most likly to lose my job because of the bad alternator

I bought a alternator and bought it online picked up had a mechanic come test and brought all my receipts and they wouldnt accept refused that it wasnt working

After Auto zone gave me the wrong part I headed to Advance in Calcutta OH. They we're very helpful and got me what I needed.

Ordered parts which were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. While at this store I bought additional parts, counter person very friendly and helpful.

These guys have a good discount for Veterans and usually have what I need.

They usually have what need. Same as the other parts store. Kinda like The Walmart.... you seen one you seen them all

I've been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. They always seem to hire friendly and helpful staff and I really appreciate that. Prices here are fair and they have what I need in stock. I can't ask for much more of a neighborhood auto parts store.

Had a great time with talk to a good friend and seeing a couple of car at the car show the weather was a little rainy thanks for all the good show Jake

Had a bad experience while driving in the rain. The employee here not only told me what size windshield wipers I needed, she came outside and replaced them for me with no additional fees added onto my bill. Gotta love people that are willing to help you AND go out of their way to make you not feel so stupid about asking for help!

They always have the parts i need for a reasonable price. Plus they almost always have a discount going on and parts last a while.

Went to find right coolant for my vehicle engine. Staff very helpful in finding coolant that was good for my vehicle. Cost was reasonable.
