Steve came personally at 630 am on New Year’s Day to get me and my work van out of a ditch after I lost control on black ice. Absolute cannot recommend this gentleman enough. Showed up in 15 minutes and had me out in 15. The best man for whatever job you need.
We called Stevo’s Towing and the legend himself, Steve, answered the phone. My friend and I are not from the area and were staying in an Airbnb. Our car battery died, of course when we were headed out to the airport, and Steve came out in less than 20 minutes to come help and check out the car battery. He served us better than the non-emergency line of the police department but nonetheless we were able to get the car back up swiftly and with no charge for it too. What a nice guy Steve is. Highly recommend (even for outsiders) for your cars needs! If we are in the area again and need help we will be calling them right back up again! :D
Steve was awesome. He answered the phone at 3:30 am, he showed up in less than 30 mins. He tried several different methods to get me out of the ditch trying his best not to damage anything before finally getting it out. When he was finished there wasn't a scratch on anything and was reasonably priced.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Outstanding customer service and incredibly fast response. Steve was professional, polite, and went above and beyond.
I called him to pull out a company truck stuck in a customer’s driveway — he showed up in under 20 minutes! A little later that same evening, the truck wouldn’t start at a gas station, and Steve came back out and got it running, saving us a big tow bill.

Listen. If you find yourself 6 hours from home and your car just broke down. It’s 1 AM and you need deliverance from being stranded on the side of the road. You do yourself a favor and call Steve from Steve o’s towing.
A genuinely good hearted person with the knowledge and experience to help, Steve came and picked our car up, dropped us off at a hotel we booked, and fixed our alternator for us.
The other tow places wouldn’t come get us because it was out of their range. But Steve donned his cape, started his truck, and rolled up soon to get us out of the situation we were in.

Steve is the man! If you are like my husband and I 6 hours away from home on a road trip and your alternator goes out Steve is the man you want to call. He got us a towed and our car fixed in no time. We can’t thank him enough for providing such excellent service.

This is not just an ordinary towing and recovery company.
Let me start and clear my throat.... From the first initial call for pricing and scheduling to the call ahead reminder arrival time, (with extra time) to the professionalism on loading securely, strapping tightly and even checking if the hood was opened before towing, had me like ummm hello ..
Hands down Steve made it so comfortable and chill that I not only made a new friend and possibly some business for my small company but I get to pay it forward right here on Google.
What a balanced partnership ya know? I've got a guy I know, you've got what I am needing, cards, number, names of business, networking at its finest without losing and establishing that person to person partnership.
What better business strategies than like this? Hometown owned and operated, a man who knows the business, the needs of the people in our community, and probably knows the flow of traffic at any given time like the back of his hand, right down to the seconds left on that red light to turn green.... that's a file cabinet of mile markers or waffle holes left needed for proper placement of the syrup I mean information that we all might need one day.
No better way to do business than to do business by networking, proving aid and helping the very community you live in paying it forward and that's exactly what Steve O's Towing and recovery did for me.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a towing company! Not only did he have amazing communication with what he was doing his price was more than reasonable. I have been in the trucking business for 20 years and I must say this guy is #1 in my book. I will never give my business to anyone else but him. It's hard to find good people and this guy is definitely a great person!

I was headed to work in the early morning hours and hit a deer. He woke up out of his sleep to get my car and me to safety. He got to me quickly. Was very accommodating by letting me stop at the gas station on the way to my house. Treated me with kindness and was good at what he does. If you need someone to get you out of a pinch I would go with him.

Snapped a control arm and within 30 minutes had me hooked up and back home. It broke next to the shop but he did step away from eating his dinner to come help me out. Couldn’t be happier with how quick and kind he was to come help me at the drop of a hat like that.
