Had the pleasure of towing with Bethel Towing and Recovery twice, met both of their drivers, and had fast and flawless service both times. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this towing company. From the moment I called, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation. The driver arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with care, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that combines fast service with genuine customer care, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable towing or roadside assistance!

My husband and I used Bethel Towing again this week to have our vehicle towed and once again we received exceptional service from Scott. He is very kind and helpful not to mention his price is far better than anyone else. We will continue to recommend him to all of our friends and family!

Bethel Towing is the best towing co. I ever used in the US. Punctual, well run by Scott. The car breakdown was mastered in a short time and very professional. Can only highly recommend them.

Scott was very helpful even when it was Christmas day he came out to help me get my car out of his tow lot and gave me a reasonable price for it and gave me very many opportunities to get the car out.

My car got stuck when the shift linkage broke. Rather than towing me home, he offered to help me put the car in gear so i could drive home. Helpful and showing good character, cannot recommend thia guy enough

I stupidly drove my work truck into a field where I am building a shed for someone, we'll wasn't as frozen as I thought got stuck in the mud. Called 1 local place said they get to me on 30 minutes...well they called back telling me they can't make it because of a wreck they had to attend to. So I called around got Bethel Towing recommended by another towing co., they were busy too. Anyways they couldn't have been nicer, understood I was stuck needed to get out of the middle of this corn field, sent a man out in about 20-30 minutes and used about a 100 ft. wench to pull me out, great guy he gets there, yea no problem ill.pull u out! Wew, saved the other half of my work day! Highly recommend ?

I have never in my life had such a positive experience with a tow. Scott was extremely quick in his response, super reassuring and made the 40 minute ride back home a breeze. I will forever use his service, but hopefully never have too again!!! He also knows enough about cars to tell you if you’re SOL or not. I could go on and on about my experience this morning but all in all, thank you so much Scott for literally getting me off the side of the road and home safe to my family.

I had an accident and this company was called to the scene to tow our truck. He was super friendly and compassionate. And he gave me a great price and super service.

I was in a rough situation. My engine had blown a rod through the block going up a steep incline. I was able to get it in a driveway going backwards. I had a birthday party that I was hosting in 2 hrs. I can honestly say I will never use a different tow service. He was the most polite and friendly guy in that line of work I have ever dealt with. He made a bad situation tolerable enough that I was still able to have a fun night. Thanks for picking me up. Most appreciated

Great Service. Scott was very professional with handling the towing of my vehicle. Provided timely updates with pick up and delivery of my vehicle.

Its never a good day when you need a tow truck, but Scott from Bethel Towing made the transport of one of my trucks a breeze. Showed up within 1 minute of the time he promised, loaded quick, reasonable price, and is a good guy to chat with. Sent me a picture of my truck after he dropped it off as well. Ill be using Bethel Towing for any tows I need in the future.

I called Scott and explained my towing situation. Truck was not local and some distance from my location. Scott explained that the distance was not an issue, and he’d gladly pickup my vehicle. Scott is pleasant to work with and very very affordable, especially considering the distance he had to travel (45-50+) miles! I will definitely use again and would highly recommend!!!

Best towing service I have ever experienced. Only had to wait 30 minutes which is better than 2 hours I was quoted from other tow companies. Scott was very honest and saved me money by jumping my battery instead of towing me to the dealership. He could have just loaded up my car and I would have incurred a large bill from the dealer. He even offered to stop by the auto parts store and install my battery if they would not install. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service!

I was a bit out of the way from these guys this morning when I had a brake issue on my car. Didn’t matter, they were there to help. Quick and helpful. Very kind driver. Offered more information than I knew I needed. Got me and my car back home, told me what to fix and it’s being worked on as I type this. If you find yourself needing help in the area I would definitely recommend giving them them the call

Took excellent care of my vehicle and myself. Incredible service and very honest pricing! I would recommend these people for towing, mechanical, or any tire needs they stayed late today just to make sure I could get my tires on my truck to haul with it tomorrow morning and killed it! They will take great care of you!

My car broke down at the Bethel Library while I was on my lunch break. I was worried I would have to go sit a long time for a tow truck- I called Bethel Towing and Recovery and the guy was so nice and said I’m dropping a car off at Scott’s Auto but can be there in ten minutes- and wouldn’t you know it he was there in ten minutes. He hooked my car up and delivered it safely to Honda East and even texted me proof he dropped it off- will be calling them for all my towing needs from now on- the price was fair for the tow.

We had a bit of a whoopsie when my girlfriend swerved to avoid hitting a cat and got herself stuck on a rock ?. We were not sure what to do so we looked up Bethel towing and less than 30 minutes later he was here solving the issue. Scott was great, it was in a tough spot but he got it fixed quickly and didn’t leave any scratches! If anyone is needing towing in the area this is who I will recommend every time. Scott provides amazing service from the phone call to the delivery of my car. He was super reassuring during a stressful situation and very prompt getting to my vehicle, and getting it home to us. This is definitely our go to tow service!

We had issues getting a tow truck through AAA and had been waiting for a long time.. so we looked up a company near us. We got a hold of Scott who was very nice even though we happened to wake him up considering it was almost midnight. After telling him where I was he was there within 15 minutes. He was professional and friendly. We spoke for a while even after he had dropped our truck off safely at home. We would gladly use him again. I highly recommend him and his company. Called Bethel Towing and Recovery on a breakdown. They were on site in 35 minutes. Stopped their dinner and showed right up. Professional. Courteous and expeditious. Rare these days. Very comfortable with them, and will have them do a tow I have coming up in a week or two to take my truck to the shop. Not many people I’ll let on my property without me here… Bethel Towing is one.

Fantastic job! My Bro-in-law got his mower stuck and then his 2500HD truck. He called us but we got our 2500HD truck stuck. Then our neighbor got their tractor stuck. Bethel Towing & Recovery was there within the hour and pulled all 4 out! Thank you so much. Enjoy the pics.
