Always such a great experience every time I go in there! The staff is always friendly and the store is always super clean and organized. Mickie is always so nice and helpful and knows her stuff! She's great! Definitely will always continue to use them for my parts!
Best parts store in town!.. the place is nice and clean and well organized everytime i go in there... also the manager mickie and her crew have always been super helpful and know how to find the right parts the first time around unlike some of the other stores in town i wont mention... super satisfied with my interactions everytime im there... #1 store in my book and the only store i will get parts from! :)
Never had a bad experience!! Mickie and her crew always take care of us and treat us like family when we come in. If they don't have it, they'll make sure to get it and quickly. Can't say enough good things.
I am beyond happy with every experience I have had with the Bethel store. Myself, my husband, both my kids and my parents have always had positive encounters every time we walk in the door. The store manager, Mickie, is AMAZING! It what we need is not in stock, it is ordered and often delivered to my door. She goes above and beyond for her customers and has a wealth of knowledge! If you need it, she will get it as soon as humanly possible! I highly recommend!
They only have 2 employees in there and all they do is bad mouth the other parts store up the street. The woman is a know it all with poor customer service skills and she automatically knows more than you do. I will never be shopping at this location ever again. If I could rate a 0, I would. Disgusting.
Went to the bethel locations and Mickie was so sweet and understanding . Asked a few questions and she answered then with respect and kindness. She new what she was doing. The store was very clean and organized. I will be going back

So they are awesome over the phone. They will help you in determining what part is right for you.Not to mention super friendly, and when they say they're ordering their parts you are definitely going to get them. Unlike all the other auto parts stores in bethel shop koi bethel thanks a lot to the team. I was able to get the seals for my motor when all other auto parts stores said they ordered 'em and never did thanks koi
Had a gentlemen come through my drive through in town driving one of the company vehicles. He was extremely rude and impatient when I didn’t immediately respond while I was trying to ring him out during a rush. Older gentlemen and white beard. I don’t think I’ll ever shop here because of that interaction. If he is that rude to someone in a drive through, I can only imagine his customer service skills, and anyone at this company, is questionable after my experience.
