My mom was broke down and Dan Hamby took care of her and let me pay him over the phone. He changed her tire but then she calls can't get brake off he went back and even called me back to let me know she was on her way. I not only recommend them im going to let them look at my car and fix it:) I trusted these guys to help me out I was an hour away from my mom and they went above and beyond to take care of her. Thank you so very much!!
Wow, I delivered my truck to Wootens for a diagnosis. Had to call a few days later just inquiring, the lady that answered said “If you haven’t heard from us it’s not ready”!
I understood that and did not want to be a pesky customer.
Two weeks went by and I called again.
I was told that they were reviewing it now.
Waited another week, heard nothing, called again, was told they were looking at it now. Went by the shop and my truck was in their impound yard with no mechanic in site.
Waited another week, was told they were once again working on it. Heard nothing in return.
Finally had my truck towed to another repair facility after a month and a half!!
Not sure what to say about Wooten other than they are not a good facility to have work on your vehicle.
Not happy at all with customer courtesy, with the woman answering the phone and not happy that I was lied to multiple times!!!!!
Mr Wooten posted for a vehicle he was parting out gave me a price on a part i needed and I agreed to pay for it. Then over a entire week gave me a string of lies and just kept leading me on that he wasn’t at the shop, short staffed, or then vehicle has moved, or call me back at this time and you can get it. When I specifically told him i can pull the part myself. So overall this guys communication straight sucks and i feel like he was purposely wasting my time for no reason.
I wanted to say thank you for your help on getting out vehicle moving again. Probably on your off time you helped someone in need and I thank you so much for doing that!
I am extremely happy with the service I received here. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and fixed my issue for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

If I could I'd leave a no star review!!! The absolute worst place to take your vehicle to have serviced or worked on took the vehicle there dropped it off to them they said that they would try to fix it or they could fix it they called me and told me that it was a part that I had already replaced bought a new one took it up to him they put it on found out that it wasn't that part at all so left us right back to where we were contacted them multiple days multiple times a day and never received a call back always got some kind of excuse we will be expecting him in 20 minutes or he's out on a tow right now they never returned a phone call The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude I wouldn't call them to tow my vehicle if they were the last company in town I wouldn't have them work on my vehicle I only want to do what they want to do when it's convenient for them
The tow truck driver was great. They got called away to help out with a wreck but they called me to let me know they would be later than they planned. I just needed help with a flat in my driveway so it didn't matter I appreciate that they called instead of just being late. Good customer service is always appreciated.
I called, explained what I needed. We agreed on a time. The driver/operator was even early. Uf the needs arises again. WOOTEN'S will be my first & only call
