This store is a joke without the store manger. Mike has been very rude to me an buddies of mine that go into this store. He cusses at customers an gets an attitude if you need more than one thing if this issue is not fixed me an my friends will take our business to autozone or advanced im sure we will be treated better at both than we are treated by mike at oriellys.
Nice experience, young boy named Ethan wiseman helped me tremendously , very knowledgeable about cars for such a young age. He was very polite, offered to help me take carry stuff out! Keep him around he does a wonderful job.
I came in to get a battery exchanged today and wasn't met with a freindly , hello.. they seemed annoyed. I came in, and then the older gentleman who helped me proceed to hook my battery up to their tester and tell me it's not working due to the "battery being frozen. I took my business to the one off of Bechtel in springfield and was met with freindly staff and someone who helped me with my issue within 5 minutes. DO NOT GO TO THE URBANA LOCATION
My husbands truck broke down on Saturday morning.we couldn't remove it. Libby said it was ok to leave and fix it. We couldn't get it fixed that day we asked Libby if it would be ok if it set all night? Libby and Aubreah said yes. Next day Both beautiful ladies were always ready to help with loaning out tools and everything they could do. Thank you ladies you are angels from heaven. The best customer service ever.
Went in this morning to get some things. Brought them up to counter to check out. No one around. Waited 5 minutes. Still no one. Left stuff on counter and left. As I was leaving all employees were outside smoking. Drove by and said thanks for helping this morning.
Went in for. Ahead light and the younger boy working was very. Ice and very helpful got me exactly what I needed and at reasonable price I'd go back just for his help he's nice and very good with helping customers without attitude offered to even check my light for me to be sure it was the correct color thanks if injad my recipet on me right now I'd give his name
I got off work at 6am in Urbana. My belt immediately broke on my car as soon as I Crunk it. On Google it says this store opens at 7am. I'm sitting in the parking lot as we speak. It's 7:20 am. I see the lights on with the open sign on. The door is still locked. I called and he finally answered after the third time. I asked if they were open he says no very nonchalantly. I explain to him that I only needed to purchase a alternator belt. He then says well we don't open til 7:30. Very rude and unprofessional. People have no heart these days. I will never go to o Reilly again!!!!!
Went here for some parts but they only had one of the two parts I needed. Ordering the part would've taken a week. Decided not to go that route and went online to another parts store and had the parts in two days.
None of the employees came forward to ring me up after standing in line for several minutes. Also none of them were wearing masks. Worst experience ever. Left after I put back the part I needed. Would rather wait a day to have the part ordered by Autozone, which was the total opposite of this place.
I went in to replace a rear wiper blade the salesman sold me the blade and installed it and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Perfect transaction.
The go to auto parts store. Went above and beyond to find parts I needed (they were out of stock). Called around and found some from.a local competitor, put them on hold so I could go get them. Only wish I could have spent my money here!
Went in looking for a hitch kit and my eleven year old asked the lady working. Noone else in the store and she ignored him the first two times he asked, then she just looked at him real snotty and said, "what?!". Leaning over the counter with her hand under her chin. Poorest customer service I have had in a while. We immediately left after told my son, Let's go, she's not going to talk to you like that."
P I couldn't get him anyone to help mewent up to front and ask someone to help me walk back to the back expecting someone to follow me they never came I eventually walked out

Me and a buddy broke down right next to the o’Reillys store. Needed to pick up some parts at a shop 20mins away, had no way of getting there. Thankfully! One of the employees at O’Reillys drove us to the shop and back. They also let us use their parking lot to replace the part, so we can be on our way. Thanks to:

Will never return the manager was so rude and didnt place my order i paid for then blaimed it on another employee ans then didn't want to give me my money or part...he agrued and yelled at me...will never return i dont recommend this place at all!!!!!!
They actually find your part. Not the 30 questions autozone asks. If I say I need a SBC 350 short water pump they don't ask if the car has a dome light.
