Save yourself the trouble. Clueless when it comes to car’s: had to explain and show them what I actually needed after 20 minutes of them being no help

Friendly and very helpful staff. They stock the basics--great if you need to do basic maintenance. Just don't expect them to have that one special part that you need in stock at the local store unless it is really common.

Nick, Chris, Mike, and James have all been helpful. I got a new truck and have been having to replace parts left and right. Nick helps me find the parts I need. I panicked when my check engine light came on, and they ran their tester on it. Simple fix it was a light bulb for my air bag indicator! I feel comfortable coming here. The best part is they don't treat me like I'm stupid if I don't know the name of the part I'm looking for.

I went in for some help finding a light for the inside of my car (fun fact Sarah told me its called a dome light), I had struggled finding it and this lovely young woman Sarah asled me if she could help and let me tell you she was so kind, helpful, and funny!!! i love her hospitality!!!!

I was in a week ago and needed the parts for a tune up. I spoke with Sarah. Who was willing to help me get everything I needed. She was friendly and very helpful. Amazing customer service!

I was in last night looking for an a/c compressor clutch. I had amazing customer service from one gal in particular. Sarah was great. She was prompt to great me. Very knowledgeable about the part I needed. She was able to locate the part quickly. Did all of this with a smile on her face. If you have to go to advanced auto request Sarah for assistance. She will do everything she can to help you.

Had to return some wrong sized headlights and all the gentlemen were super helpful and friendly! Zach M. Was extremely helpful and even came out to check to see if I was doing ok installing them. Thank you again!

Needed a 2020 Tahoe battery for the wife. Cool guy with a nice beard walked me to their selection, explained all my options with prices. I checked the size compared to the old battery because I had to turn the battery sideways to get it out. Cool beard man told me if I removed the 10mm bolt for the coolant reservoir it would make life easier. I removed the bolt for the install, it worked. Thanks beard man!😀

Went in there Tuesday for a new battery the young lady at the counter named Sarah helped me out in finding the right one. She was very kind and friendly and always had a smile on. She also helped her fellow coworkers when they had a question and walked them through how to do it. I will be going there anytime I need something for my vehicle.

This location was really good! When I walked in to the store, I was assisted immediately. I normally feel stupid in predominantly male stores and will just stand there and wait until someone helps me. Oh and they accept returns for Amazon but you must begin your return online before hand. Thanks guys

Great store. I used to work there. The employees are always nice and quiet knowledgeable. Almost always have what I need when I go in the first time. I always make Advance Auto my first choice when I'm working on my vehicle.

Was on my home from work when my water pump let go. I was able to limp it into Advanceds parking lot. The 2 gentleman working the counter were extremely helpful. They didnt have the pump i needed but called around till they located one for me at a competitor store. Just wanted to give them a big shout out and say Thanks!

Love this store. Are two counter people that are awesome. Danny is one and forget the other fellas name (kevin maybe). But if i have to find a specific part ill happily wait 20min in line for them. Plus they make it fun to shop here.

ordered part online for pickup and just like the two pre vious times they gave me tHe wrong part. And things really devolved from there could not just trade for the correct part because it can take up to a day for the sale to go through the computerso until it does they can not refund it or any thing this is only half the story but the rest is no better

Brutal cold tonight, both gentlemen working were pleasant and helpful. We needed our new battery installed and it took a little while to get it done. I felt so sorry for the man who put it in, working without gloves. My husband offered him a tip which he refused, instead just asking us to come back if we needed anything else. We will be b ack!

Very poor service. I was there buying a new battery. A lady came in and he just left me standing to wait on her! If I had not ordered the battery on-line, I would have walked out and you would have lost a sale and a customer. As it is you have just lost the customer!

Very rude service, went in to buy a part and no one assisted me they were busy talking. Asked if they might have a simple tool to take screws out they said no they dont. Had my mom with me were very rude to her and insulted as we left. Will never return, I will take my business across the street to auto zone better service, better supply.
