I came in for a battery and windshield wipers. Sarah was standing at the counter and greeted me as I walked up she helped me get the right battery for my car and explained why the agm battery was the best fit and also explained why they core battery was because I had no idea. She walked me over to the wipers and helped me pick out a pair she also helped put them on.. She was a very polite and sweet lady. I will definitely be coming back!
How come they removed my comment also every time I went there the same employee harassed me and was even rude to other customers when we was just trying to learn things and figure out the cheapest and best way in solution and they always gotta be rude cristal The manager
Don't go unless Kyle is in they have to many people there for a check not knowing nothing about the parts normally good experience but autozone done gave up with employees
We went there today to get rotors and brakes for my car. They gave me the wrong rotors. We took them back and got the right ones. We then went to out the brakes in and they were the wrong ones. I will never go there again.
Literally the worst place to buy parts. I don’t ever type out reviews but hopefully this can save someone their time and money. I been to this location numerous times and if my parts wasn’t incorrect, someone else was in their returning parts. When your employees don’t know anything about parts or customer service this is what you get. Crap attitudes and arguments about how the part you need is correct and that they are wrong.
This AutoZone people are always dependable. They take the time to find the part you need. If they don't know where to get the parts, sometimes they'll even suggest one of the other stores. Well, that's what you call. Good customer service. If they don't have it they try to find somebody that does because they really want the customers be happy.
Very helpfull employee's as a woman it was nice to have someone ask if they could help me. Guide me to the right stuff and even put it in my engine for me. (No dirty hands) it was nice.
Went in just to get something to put my daughter's mirror back up with and a tail light. They was very helpful!! The worker even came out and put them trail l in for us!! You can't ask for no more than that!!
Horrible service. I had 2 out of 3 items ring up for more then the price listed on the shelf. I doubled checked and even showed the guys working. I was told they're not responsaible for the prices by the Manager on duty. This isn't the first time I've had stuff not ring up correctly, that's why I was paying attention to the prices this time. #BaitNswitch
Well, I told them what I needed. I guess he thought I was wrong,so he got what he thought I needed. Actually was a nice thing. Unfortunately for me, I now have to return the stuff. I'm not a mechanic, but I do know what kind of oil my truck takes. My fault, I should have trusted in myself a little more.
My granddaughter recently moved out on her own trying to do everything on her own had both headlights go out on her car. We have always dealt with the one in Oxford and had good luck so I told her to go to the one in Trenton thinking they would be the same. They
Looked at her car and told her both of her headlights were bad. She purchased 2 lights and installed them for her. A couple weeks later both quit working again. She went back and was told it is probably an electrical problem. She can't afford to take her car to a garage. I told her to see if she could take the lights back , they told her
They can't do anything because they aren't a garage. If they aren't qualified why did they sell her headlights if they didn't know what they are talking about. Now she can't travel except in the daylight
When I called they were very helpful and the gentleman on the phone awnsered all my questions that I asked and explained everything to me with know problems and no hesitation thanks
Staff was super nice when I went in to get wiper blades and to have my check Engine light checked. I have a Mini Cooper so no could find where to plug the device to check my check engine light but they did everything they could until they found it. Then even put my wiper blades on for me and helped my find the part I needed for my car. I will always be coming back to this auto zone for my car needs.
The manger maybe his name was Jack, but was so rude that we couldn't handle the disrespect anymore so we took our business elsewhere. DO NOT recommend going there if he is there.
Had purchased a water pump brand new the water pump was on my 02 Ford ranger not even 6 months the water pump cracked exsploded and sent the fan into the radiator. Which in the end I had to replace the water pump and radiator out of my pocket files a claim with at ozone they denied the claim stating something went threw the water pump to make the water pump explode.
