Normally i’m an Autozone type guy… This one’s really swapped my opinion. Great people. Energetic atmosphere. And best of all Ethan. He helped me get what i needed, and then when he noticed my shoe was untied, he tied it for me when i said i didn’t know how to tie a shoe. I love Oreilys now.
I had an outstanding experience thanks to Ethan, the manager at O’Reilly. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer all my questions, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and never once made me feel rushed.
Ethan’s professionalism and customer service are on another level—he truly cares about helping people, and it shows. You don’t often find managers who are this attentive and genuinely invested in making sure customers leave satisfied.

Frequently get wrong parts. Doesn't matter if we say what we need 1 time or 5. We have ordered parts over the phone and they order the wrong thing. In store same situation. Have to take things back and get the right one. If you go be aware of this.
I thoroughly enjoy this store and every single employee. Whether it’s just the conversations that are had, or all the help that I receive while shopping there. This place is A-1 and you’ll meet some really great people here.
Stopped in for a wiper blade head light and turn signal. Bree and Fisher were so kind and quick to not only help me find the correct parts but even came out and installed All of them for me without even being asked to! They're amazing staff is much appreciated 20/10

Nobody there wants to actually work. Nobody there actually knows anything about cars. When u call for service nobody picks up. Their stock is always low. Needs definite improvement.
Needed transmission fluid for truck repair. Called Trenton store to make sure it was available. Very nice man answered my call. They had 2 left so got there quickly.
I have had a headlight for about 2 months because the guys at jiffy lube couldn't get the old one out. So today I was off work and stopped in and Josh was so helpful. He even came out and replaced the bulb for me with ease. Thank you Josh for helping this single mom out! Definitely stop into O'Riley's in Trenton
I went into O’Reilly,s and was helped by an AMAZING employee named Tricia. She was extremely educated on their products and very good at helping me get what I needed…I would STRONGLY recommend seeing Tricia when you go into this store. Their prices are very competitive too!!!
May 14, retail supposed to have mask on, neither salesman in there was wearing one. I normally order from Advance Auto but they did not have the battery I needed. I had ordered a battery on line and went in O'Reilly's with my old one. Guy brought out my new battery and basically says here take it, like I was bothering him being there. I've bought several batteries from Advance and every time they offer to carry it out ( I'm 72). My first and last time to O'Reilly's
