Malotts Automotive is the only place my family and I take our vehicles. They are very honest. They fix only what needs fixed. They have very fair pricing. My family and I have used them for years. We have never been disappointed. They are a first class A1 shop that does it right the first time. Love this place.

Brought my be in for work they did it then owner Todd malott called said needed few more things fixed he could see it leave my car there for 3 days this rude lady on phone named Susie his wife says he never even looked at car I guess was trying to scam to get more money please take car to real professional chuck waits is little more but trust me we’ll work the money would recommend taking vechile elsewhere
Had a vehicle serviced here, also went back and had brake pads, calipers, rotors and brake lines replaced on said vehicle. And they had it done in 3 business days!! Very professional and great folks to do business with. Very satisfied. Will be going back again. 😄

Best mechanic in the area who I trust to do all work on my vehicles. He's always been honest and fair and goes the extra mile. I recently purchased a used minivan and brought it to his shop and they did a quick appraisal that gave me the confidence to finalize the purchase. What was I charged? Nothing! Find that kind of service elsewhere.
I moved to Dayton and still take my car to Malott. He does great work with even better prices. Plus, he's honest. You won't find a better place or person to take your cars to.
I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else: they're honest, provide quality work, and you won't find better prices ANYWHERE else. I'm almost sad I bought a new car and won't have a reason to visit soon ;)
Very fast service and charged less than average for above average work. Thanks for getting my Accord driving smooth again without having to wait a week to get it in. If you dont want to wait for premium services at fair prices its worth the drive for anyone in the Greater Cincy area.
I had my 1999 Mercury Cougar in 4 different shops in & around Madison, WI for repair. I shelled out over $4,000. Not one of those auto shops could figure out what was wrong with my car, yet kept coming up with repairs & charges. My son, living near Cincinnati, recommended Malott's during my last visit. Thankfully, this shop was fairly priced and actually cured my cars ills. Highly appreciative of their skilled services.

Todd is an honest mechanic. Recently I was in Indiana and my service engine light came on. I had to replace the throttle body at a shop I knew nothing about on the road. They failed to do the relearning procedure properly (if at all), and the service engine light never went off. More recently, another issue started and I took my 2003 Maxima in to Todd. He replaced a bad ignition coil, did an oil change, and relearned the throttle body for me. No more service engine light. The cost of all repairs, including labor? $148. Ignition coils alone cost a good $75 to $100. This is why I take my cars to Todd when there is a problem. He's fair and, more importantly, skilled at what he does.
