My husband hit a deer and they worked well with our insurance company. They were honest about when they could fit us in and how long the repairs would take. When we picked up the car, the repairs were perfect and the car was spotless.
Acted like he was going to hit me with a molding when I said bumper crooked. Charged for new fender 4 years later discovered it was bondo instead don't go here!!!
They do superb body work. I had damage on every panel on the right side after an accident on I-75. They brought it back to New condition, and the customer service was superior as well. I highly recommend them!
I walked in for a quote on getting some repainting done on my car. Some new carbon fiber parts were needing painted. He just straight up told me he’s not interested and wouldn’t do it. That was fine, but he complained that it was raining he didn’t want to go out in the rain to look at it which was fine too. But it They we’re not customer friendly at all. Won’t be going back or recommending them

2nd time this year they had to replace my front end on my car. They are always assume. Perfect workmanship, top body shop around. Don't want to visit them again but I know with the deer it will happen.
Terrible experience. I needed a new front end put on and my brakes done. I had left it with them and waited for an estimate and they called and said it would be like 1200 at most. I had called later after getting advice from my father in law to warn them saying I couldn’t go over 1500 and if it were we’d have to not do things because I only had 1500. After “replacing” all of my break, which I have proof that supposedly did, my breaks are grinding and it’s like they didn’t even touch them at all. I called and they said they only replaced the pads. Very disappointed with the entire service. With not calling me back or ,”listening to the voicemail until after it was too late” or implying I have to pay for their mistakes. I wouldn’t want anyone from this place to touch my car again.
Edit: I was harassed after leaving this review and I stand by it. My car made the grind sound the moment after leaving the shop which would’ve have been fine if they said that they hadn’t listened to the voicemail of me leaving things off. If they had listened to the voicemail and not done them to save money totally fine and I appreciate that. But under the pretense that you replaced almost everything for my braking system, getting caught making a mistake you decide to Harass the customer at midnight.
Very over priced compared to others.. ( i was charged double on some things without reason) And the job they did for my bro was a bit half assed. Holes were drilled to make bolts fit, rather then getting new bolts.
