My Mom had a bad battery but didn’t want to change it, I met her here so I could change it for her after I had it tested. Levi not only tested the battery but got me the best priced one and changed it! Extremely pleased with the speed and efficiency. Thanks again Levi!

My daughters and I were coming from a baby shower in PA when our car overheated. The manager, Westin, really helped us out in a pinch and offered great advice! Westin was knowledgeable, helpful and funny. We truly appreciate all he did for us!

Usually experience great service. However today the cashier we dealt with seemed kinda short tempered and when asked to look up product at a different price point seemed like she didn't really want to do that.

Always never had a problem with autozone most of time they got great employees except the female manger that works there doesn't know what she is talking about and was no help things happen but last three times I've went in there I've had to wait for someone else or just left and went to a different parts store . You would think since she is a manger she would have at least the basic skills for her job.

Carrie at the Bridgeport Auto Zone was very helpful to find a new head light bulb for Mt car and replaced it and in a timely manner! I'm leaving as a happy customer and highly recommend this place!

Very helpful and good experience except for I had to pay more than I wanted because they didn't have any of the cheaper ones!! But it did come with a better guarantee!!! so I can make that point a wash!!!

I went here needing new bulbs for my headlight and wipers the girl working there so very helpful it was freezing outside she put lights in for me and the wipers and getting anything anymore is so expensive so I appreciated her giving me a 10% discount definitely recommend autozone in bridgeport extremely nice people and very helpful

I went to auto zone today and I needed a wiper blade for my drivers side like out of no where I put washer fluid in at the gas station, turned wiper’s on I really don’t know why,, lol blonde moment maybe. Went in and this guy immediately says can I help you very friendly and I was surprised because not a lot of people go out of there way most people will even avoid eye contact so they don’t have to do anything but stare at their phone. But CR (I hope I’m right on his name) but he was willing to help me and I said yes I have never had to buy one surprisingly, but I need a drivers side wiper blade,,, he ask me high Quality medium or just a simple blade,, now I’m standing there dumb founded I took a wild guess and said medium he said ok tax and all 35 dollars and some change lord have mercy I never thought they were that expensive but I figured I won’t have to buy another hopefully ever. Then to my surprise CR asked if I needed help putting it on I told him I sure do gave him 40 said keep the change for helping me he said you don’t have to do that I told him no keep it because I had no idea how I was going to get it out on… So I’m very thankful for him and to Auto Zone he is a wonderful employee it would be nice if there was more people and employees like CR working and as helpful. Don’t know how long he has worked there but he deserves a raise!!! Thanks again CR

A couple weeks ago I was having trouble with getting a new battery. I had bought a battery from Advanced Auto in Bridgeport, OH back in October. My new battery stopped functioning properly, so I had to go back and use my warranty. Unfortunately, I had a really bad time at the Advanced Auto in Bridgeport. The employee working that day was very lazy, incompetent, and rude. His multi-meter read that my battery was working, but I couldn’t start my car. My alternator was working fine and everything else checked out. So it had to be my battery. I went to Auto Zone for a second opinion and sure enough, Auto Zones multi-meter told me that I had a bad battery. The lady who was working that day took it upon herself to call the lazy employee and tell him about my situation. Of course, he was rude to her as well. She also dialed Advanced Auto’s corporate number and told them about my situation. They sent me to the Advanced Auto in St. Clairsville and I was able to use my warranty. The lady’s name at the Auto Zone in Bridgeport was Kim. I hope she receives some form or holiday bonus or raise for helping me. She wasn’t just being a good employee, she was being a good person. Please do something nice for her this holiday season so she knows that she is appreciated.

Duralast Gold New Alternator DLG3509-18-10 Monday, June 28th 2021 Purchase this alternator brand new and still my truck would not start/stay charged. All day checking fuses and wires and finally took it to AutoZone and the brand new alternator… It’s supposed to be one of the best was not good! Simply incredible… I truly believe customers should get a credit for bad parts! Thank goodness I only live 3 miles from work… The rating is for the part not the store

I don't use this store often. I'm from out of town, but I have had to use them a few times and they always have what I need and willing to help out install if need be. They were installing a headlight when I pulled in. Highly recommend this store and staff. Nice and friendly.

This place is great if you need something fast! Also, their loan-a-tool service is pretty cool, you basically pay for the tool and don't have to bring it back should you decide to keep it, but you will be refunded in full when you do, plus they are warrantied should you break the tool. I've always taken my stuff back though because someone else might need it and they won't usually order another one in if theirs are all loaned out until after the return date has expired.

Just like Advance Auto Parts, friendly knowledgeable staff who mostly don't need to look at a computer to know what you're looking for. For me it just depends on which is closer at the time of the job I'm working on. But Auto zone is great in a pinch. And they're always competing with each other so one always has a better price than the other. Pick your poison lol.

Waited 20min to buy 1 bottle of antifreeze. With 4 employees working and no one in front of me. The manger waited on someone, looked right at me then walked away and started stalking. Ended up walking out without the antifreeze. No sense of customer service!
