I give it a one star because me and my husband stopped their multiple times and nobody's ever in the office or I'm a lot during the business hours wasted my time and money to nobody being in during business hours we were interested in a specific vehicle we'll be looking somewhere else somebody that's actually in the office during business hours you want business have somebody on my during your business hours
I couldn't be more upset. I work 2 jobs and need a vehicle to get back and forth. I trusted this place when they assured me the car was good to go and the oil had just been changed. I bought a 2008 Ford Fusion and have had it 55 days and heard a knocking noise only to find out I have a blown engine and the oil hasn't been changed in at least a year. I called them and their response was there's nothing we can do you bought a used car. Oh there was something they did how could I forget they quoted me a price twice as high to put a used engine in it than anyone else. Now I'm out 6 thousand dollars plus the cost to repair it.
My daughter purchased a vehicle with cash from this car a lot. She was so excited it was her first vehicle and she saved up this money for a long time the guy also guaranteed it was a great vehicle and would run for a good while for her to get back and forth from school (college) and work. In the first week the motor on the windshield wipers blew. Two months later the engine completely blew up. 60 days!!!!! It was a complete lemon. I would never purchase from this guy AGAIN!

Friendly, fast and made the entire process simple. I had a minor issue with my truck a day after purchasing it and called Glen to inform him. He bought the part, had it sent to my house and paid for the installation. It's service like that that will keep me coming back.

Financing is really high if you go through their bank in Texas!!!! Payment was almost $500! A month took the truck to our bank and the payment was $195 a month hmmm high interest rate??? Anyways never the less my truck was a total nightmare for the 2 years we had it... definitely go over the vehicles with a fine tooth comb 😒
Just drove 4.5 hours to look at a truck.I couldnt be more disappointed at this point. If I could leave no stars for this review i would. I asked him yesterday on the phone if it was dependable and he said absolutely, you will not be disappointed. I was looking at the truck and the one tie rod end was so loose it was ready to separate. It was missing a lug nut, turn signals in the back didnt work. To top it off it had a fresh ohio safety inspection sticker! I was there a total of 10 minutes. Do not recommend this dealer at all
Just bought a jeep patriot from them awesome place. Very nice and friendly guys that work there and they put us into a vehicle with no problems. Great prices and interest rates. Will definitely go back if I needed another car. Highly recommended.
First of all, my credit is terrible. Told them that right from the start. Of course I heard they can work with me blah blah blah. I was optimistic I was going to be rejected even with a good down payment. He told me to give him an hour and he will call me back. Half hour goes by, he calls. "Well, like you said, your credit is almost rock bottom. But, we can actually do it. " I was floored! They even took off some of the listing price so I could afford it. Long story short, I'm a very happy customer and would not only come back, but would also recommend them. Thanks for the read and thank you Steel River Auto!
Bad place to buy viechels wouldn't recommend to anyone even my worst enemy claim they don't know what was wrong with the truck they sold me but yet acted like they knew it when trying to sell it
Very rude service! Not recommended at all! Will NEVER return. Guy "guaranteed" approval. Never called to inform us of anything. A little over a week later he was finally "available" to talk to us just to tell us he couldn't approve us. Was approved next day at A & B Auto with no problem!
called and asked if they had any trucks for 6 to 7k. He then proceed to ask finance trade and the usual sales b.s. i advised finance but can arrange my own, yes a trade but not worth much. He stated let me call you back as i just got in and see what i have. Next phone call is from a finance specialist who never stated he was going to run my credit but started taking my information. when it came to my ss# i stated no because i dont even know whats on your lot yet. very shady!. Owner text messages me and responds stating they have nothing in that price range! and states no were not shady! i asked if they had vehicles in 6 to 7 range as that is my payment i want to stay in. not forced into a vehicle i cant afford! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
