This was warranty work!Dan had a car for me to use while the work was being completed. Dan was one of the most polite and knowledgeable people I’ve ever delt with, all my questions were answered .A great experience, car Ron’s great and everyone was very nice at Buds Chevrolet.
The guys at Bud’s are friendly, helpful and not pushy! I always feel important, appreciated and at home. Nice to have drinks and snacks while you wait! Dan is so friendly and kind when discussing what service may be needed. He explains it well and gives suggestions! The main Corvette service guy took the time to address an issue I had with my Corvette. He was so understanding when explaining and walking me through it! And of course, it’s always a BLESSING when I get to see Bud himself. Always checking to be sure I’m taken care of! Super customer service! Thanks to all of you! ?
Time and service was excellent. Service on my 2001 Corvette was completed in very reasonable time frame. They also recommended a couple of services that were due but no push to have them done so choice was mine. Highly recommend them.
We had our vehicle serviced at Bud's Chevrolet in St Marys, Ohio. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and they worked with us to schedule at our convenience, since we were quite a distance away. We were given a loaner vehicle, while they completed service. The service area and waiting area is always clean and they offer fresh donuts, coffee, tea water and popcorn. Big thank you to Dan in the service department and to Mark, in car sales. They always make our visits to Bud's a pleasure.
I had a routine service appointment for my GMC truck on August 12th. The service department was great as always. Dan in the service department was awesome as he always is! They treat there customers as if they were family!!!

Jessica in service was more than helpful in working us into the schedule and getting a brake repair done on a Saturday for my grandmother's car. The tech that worked on the car diagnosed the problem effectively and made the necessary repair.
Bud's Chevrolet always is top-notch in customer service. Dan scheduled me at a convenient time, & Brad D. did my oil change. Brad is always great to work with. He consistently goes the "extra mile" for customers! He explains what he does thoroughly, and also explains any concerns he has. I always recommend Brad D to friends at work, and also to family. 5 star service as usual.

Service took less than 1 hour and at other dealers I have spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
The Service Department took excellent care of Me. I have a Mazda 6, not something you would think a GM dealership could work on. I called and spoke with Jessica, she said she would talk to the Technician and get back with me. Within 30 minutes I had a appointment to get my car repaired. The repairs went smoothly with communication all the way. Thanks for all your help. I highly recommend the team at Buds for all your automobile needs.
Just had my 2012 Silverado serviced here, just as I have been doing with all my vehicles for over 25 years. Always outstanding and friendly staff. Only place I go.
My 06 Cadillac DTS overheated, pre dawn in a very rural area. I had to stop several times to cool down and got as far as St. Mary’s Ohio. With my hood up and trying to get oriented, a car approached where I was parked. Long story, short, Tyler, a technician at Bud’s Chevrolet. Stopped to see if I needed help And pointed out the dealership where in fact he works. Not to mention the dealership was 800 feet from where I was broken down. After arriving to service Jessica, the service writer made quick work of finding a rack to investigate my problem. Within two hours, I was underway. 600 miles from home if there’s any better service, I don’t know where it could be. Not to mention, my car was returned to me washed.

Had my 2500 HD serviced today. Jessica was the only Service Writer working as the other guys were on vacation. She did a great job answering the phones, keeping the vehicles moving and getting the paperwork done quickly.
Bud’s service is top notch! The personal are friendly, courteous, and explain the work being done without talking down to me. (So many other shops talk down to me because I am a woman assumed to not know her way around mechanics.) Their work is high quality. I highly recommend, and I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there.
