I had a great experience with this towing company! Their communication was excellent, and they got to me quickly. I had already tried jumping my car, but their portable battery was much stronger. Since my car was in the garage, we couldn’t jump it using another vehicle, so I thought towing was my only option. Instead of just towing it and charging me more, they went out of their way to get it started and save me money. It’s rare to find a company that does what’s right instead of what makes them the most money. Highly recommend!

I spun out in the snow and landed in the ditch driving to work at 6AM. I called Tom's and they answered right away! They got to my location very quickly and pulled me right out. I was traveling on a Sunday afternoon and my right rear tire blew on the interstate. I was able to pull over at a nearby off ramp. I researched the nearest towing services and Tom’s was the only service that was open. My phone call was answered promptly by the owner and he was at my location within 15 minutes. He was caring and courteous and began the process of changing my tire with my spare. I paid him and was on my way! God was looking after me. I am grateful that I felt safe and that Tom’s was the business open that day. Thank you, soooo much, Charles!!! I highly recommend you!!!

Had a trailer hub fail, called Tom’s and they showed up in 10 minutes, assessed the situation and towed/hauled it back to our shop for us. Transparent and friendly service. Would use again for sure!

Clay and Chuck are doing a great job! They can tow everything from a motorcycle to a semi-tractor/trailer. On the repair side they specialize in mechanical repair and maintenance of semi's.
