Great store, well kept and very helpful employees. If there's something noting stock they quickly locate the the closest store that does, even calling competitors and reserving the product for pickup! Definitely focused on helping everyone get back on the road.
I wanted to leave a review. Because, one of the employees at the St Marys location went above and beyond the other day. Spent time opening boxes, to try to find what I needed. It wasn't any easy find.. but thank you 🙂
Used a loaner tool to pull the center driveshaft bearing on my truck after reading a few good reviews had to put a $212.00 deposit until I returned the tool this was 7/1/25 turns out I couldn't even use the tool I ended up using my angle grinder to cut the bearing off so the next day I returned the tool expecting to get my money back and they didn't have the $204.00 I was supposed to get back from my deposit waited until the next day and was told I'd have to wait for them to get money in the register before I could get my deposit back I'm sitting here on 7/3/25 a day before the fourth and was offerd a gift card that I could only spend there... confused, disappointed, and hoping it doesn't ruin my holiday plans

One year later...Austin took great care of me today. Battery tested, new bought, and replaced all within 15 minutes. Great friendly service and conversation as well...
Monica was very helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Great prompt, helpful, and friendly service!
Very knowledgeable & courteous staff. Not only did the woman at the counter come out & test my battery & supply me with the tools to replace it, but she pointed out the date on my battery, reviewed my purchase history, & gave me a no charge warranty replacement! Honest customer service, I like that!
I had to go to 2 stores to get the 2 radiator hoses I needed. So they may not have all the parts you need at 1 store so be aware of this.
The employees were friendly and helpful though.
Very helpful people work here. Its clean and they wiped counters down when i left. They will do testing and change little things for you..just ask. Was fully stocked!

We are from out of town (both lacking any knowledge about cars, to make matters worse) and my alternator went out on my car. The employees were able to go above and beyond with helping us (helped us diagnose what was going on, ruled out other issues, got us the part from another location and just so much more help than we could have ever hoped for), and we couldn't be more thankful! We had a 3 hour drive home yesterday, and were able to arrive safely all thanks to the kindness and knowledge of this staff! Thanks for being the best!
I found what i was looking for but the training needed for those employees is lacking. It took almost 3 employees at random times during my check out to finish my purchase. 2 to find my products that were rite next to each other in the stock room.
They are the nicest bunch of men. My check engine light was on and they check it for me and really helped me calm down as I was very upset due to moving. He said everything would be ok. I really appreciate them for helping me.
Do your research before you come, prices are good but staff knows absolutely nothing about vehicles tools or parts if the computer doesn't tell them they know nothing
Awesome. The gentleman who helped me behind the desk help find all my parts that I was looking for and gave me a discount for signing up for customer rewards system.
I was in the store looking for a special tool for 20 minutes and there were 2 employees chatting at the counter. No one greeted me when I came in and no one said a word to me the whole time I was there. They ended up not having the tool I needed, so as I was leaving I said "thanks for all your help. Both employees quickly ran to the tools thinking I stole something. At Napa they were more than happy to help me.
Another time I tried getting a battery test done (like they advertise) and she said it was picking up "road noise" and would not work. This was after 15 minutes trying in the cold. Again Napa gladly helped me.
I will not go back for anything.
Came in with what I thought was a stripped screw on a tail light cover. Honestly thought I'd have to pay a shop to get it taken off but I came here and the staff (Monica, Chris and Ross) were able to identify the problem, get me the right parts and give me the right advice, all in a fast and friendly fashion. Recommend this place to anyone in Aug. County area!
