5/5!! Ive brought many vehicles for body work over the years. My chevy Silverado looks brand new! Paint color north sky metallic blue and was nervous about color matching but had faith that they would do a superb job based on precious experiences. Color matches seamlessly and shout out to their clean up crew too! Scott is very knowledgeable with insurance companies process as well. I will forever bring my vehicle and vehicles to Gainers Autobody and highly recommend them to anyone!
Like most customers I was impatient. John ,the customer contact, handled me professionally . Good man great job on my car, it looks great and was delivered so clean I thought it wasn't mine.
Just needed an estimate from a parking lot mishap. Very thorough estimate. I declined to fix all my dings and dents but did very professional job on the new dent.
very nice people but its been a little over a year now and i'm still finding several severe things wrong with my vehicle, when I brought my vehicle there I stated some concerns that I had that the accident could have caused. And now I have assembly problems where things are not adjusted right, assembled right and several thing they missed with my hood, door, bumper, bed side, springs, and airbags. After all these things building up I finally stated my concerns to them and they cant give me reasons why my bumpers now halfway falling off, or my hood has excessive vibration and spacing issues, or with my door hinges are already going bad and again spacing issues or why my air bag has chunks missing out of it from when the leaf spring hit it and that was one of my concerns which was chose to be ignored, along with a twisted leaf spring shackle. The only thing that I am very happy with is the paint job, that's after when found a huge run in the clear coat and they did fix it and now the paint looks great but now I have all these misalignment problems, things not assembled correctly and several items that are damage from the accident that were completely looked over and all he could say about the items that were looked over was "the only way Im going to see those things is if I bring it in and put it on the lift." I thought that was standard practice to do that the first time. Not happy at all and now I have a vehicle will all these problems and them not putting any effort in to make it right. Could not even offer to make an appointment to bring it in and put it on the lift. Not happy at all.
