I know this guy is honest because my roadside mechanic called him for a tow. The owner showed up and pointed out to the roadside mechanic what he did wrong and left without towing my truck. So he basically showed up for free to give advice and left.
Unfortunately I needed a tow for my wife's vehicle recently. The operator was nice and extremely fast, despite it being late in the night. When all didn't go as planned, Dave the owner stood behind the service he offers and was fair and very helpful at getting everything squared away. I highly recommend him and his team!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This man came to tow my friends truck. We made it clear he did not have cash. He said that’s OK. We just have to pay when we get there and that electronically was fine. While on the road once the car is hooked up, he tells us that it’s $310. For a 10 minute drive! We asked for a breakdown of the $310. He got upset and said we know nothing about running a business and asked if I wanted to pay his $5000 retainer fee. Which I know nothing about lol but then I ask why would be even say that and he responded. $85 to come out and $225 an hour. Please make it make sense. He took advantage of my friend and then refused to take an electronic payment, and said that he can only do cash.
He was physically getting angry, and my friend could feel the negative energy Do not tow with this company!
He got his money but please know what you’re getting yourself into! He also had another man with him which is intermediating enough felt like they would hurt my friend so we just
Update: they left my friend in the middle of no where told him he had till 9:30 to come up with that cash. He was at the ATM taking out the money and they left him at 9:28pm. Had to call the dispatcher to get his car dropped back off to him.
Filing a complaint with the BBB!!
Stay away from this place they are crooked. Trying to charge 902.00 for tow. The Pennsylvania state police called this company we have AAA but they were already called. We are filing a complaint with BBB and the Pennsylvania State patrol. Avoid them at all cost. They are also charging 25.00 a day until we pay the 902.00 in cash. This was an 11 mile tow.
My starter went out last night on an already stressful night! 2 and a half hours from home. Not only did they come tow my car to a shop close by that they recommended, he made sure I was set with a hotel for the night before taking off. Amazing people!
155.00 to tow a car from 193 and plymothridge to 193 just passed 167, at 11pm charged for after hours call, driver with attitude. Will be last time I call
Got in a fender-bender and had them called out to tow our car to their shop.
They showed up fast and were super helpful, going above and beyond what we expected. They understood we were in a stressful situation from the crash and made the rest of the process as easy as it could have been.
Did a good job and got me to the shop so can’t complain about the tow but definitely very expensive told me he was 35 miles away showed up in 20 minutes and towed me 5 miles down the road for 250 dollars but not much else in that area so I guess they can do that
After they cut the hardness to replace the ecm plug, replaced 2 battery that didn't had to be replaced, they told me that i need a new ecm..truck've been for 3 weeks to these guys and they did'n repair nothing, charged me 2000$ and i had to tow the truck to Cleveland. The problem was a 30$ sensor. I would give them 0 stars but i can't. Stay away from them. On the bussiness card say "Phil's Garage" ...same adress...
I had a problem with my semi trailer and called these guys for road service. Terry got to me pretty quickly and got me able to roll back to their yard and let me sleep there. The next day they transferred my load to the trailer of the driver that came and recovered my load. They even fixed me up so I was able to get back home. I can’t recommend this company enough great service and even better people.
Had a driver breakdown with a blown turbo nearby at the loves while on a load. The shop that I was towing it too referred me to Kingsville Towing.
I called and they immediately sent someone there and the truck was towed quickly.
Prices are good based on my other experiences.

At mile marker 230 we lost two of the tires from the driver’s side of our 35 ft camper. There was no way to tow the camper to the shop. They fixed it up on the side of the road so we could get it to the shop. They all were super friendly and very accommodating. Very honest and recommended for anyone with a Travel trailer, motorhome or a tractor-trailer rig. Thank you guys for saving our trip.
Called for road service during normal business hours. Dispatcher, manager and road service tech were all friendly and genuinely gave the impression that they wanted to help. No other place in the area would even come out. Thank you again!
Broke down 2 miles from the T/A in Kingsville OH on I 90. Took almost two hours to show up and driver complained he had to get out of bed. Then healed me the 2 miles and wanted to charge almost 1400 dollars for the tow saying he had to get up he should be compensated. Had to call his boss to get right bill amount. Then when dropped the truck left .e in the way in the parking lot with trailer in a one spot and truck in another 2 spaces away. Everyone had to maneuver around me the rest of the night.
This place is most unprofessional and unprofessional people I ever find in this industry. I had clutch problems on Friday night and called them on Saturday morning we took my truck in their shop. They have a guy look at it and told me he will do it there. I asked for the cost he told it will be anywhere from 14 to 19 hrs and all the parts needed was going to be $1324.00 when we added everything plus taxes it was going to be around $3650 which makes sense. I told him to go ahead and do it . Days later on Monday I went to check in with them to see how was it going they came up with price which was came up to $4200 plus after which my truck already beginning to be a part and they told if I don’t want to do it there I will pay them for what they did plus the towing. Again I had no choice but to agree with them it took them two days to pull the transmission down because they operate like someone working in their own garage. No equipment. They used hands for everything no mechanical equipment besides the tools they used with hands at the end I was charged $5273.60 and they told me to pay in cash or I not have my truck. My bank has to do wire transfer the next day before I left the place. There no place for driver to sit or no waiting for driver I had to work a mile and half every day to their shop. If you a black person please don’t use this area because you will definitely regret your decision.
This is the worst place I have ever been to, This rough people they asked me to supply my own parts because they’ve been too lazy to go get the parts from the dealer after they were about started to work on my truck. I’m so glad I left the crooks alone .
Very good customer service fair prices honest people. The mechanic even let me borrow a tool for a bit. I didn't use their mechanic but the customer that was leaving when I got there seemed pleased with service and price. Thanks you for your help.
The workers where great but not having someone call to say it wasn't going to be ready that day after talking made u feel like u would have it back. Then I had the tires they just had to take off and put new ones on and charged for 6.4 hours of work..700.00 really. Dale's was charging 45.00 a tire wished I went there...live and learn.
In my opinion this is Ashtabulas premier towing company! We use them for the Ashtabula County Transportation system and we love them! Great team of people, the office workers are respectful and always kind and professional. I feel they are a well kept secret that needs unleashed.
