I never thought I would be thankful for a breakdown. I was traveling through town when my front brakes went out. I had been told my brakes were safe to drive on but found out differently 800 miles from home. Not knowing who to call I called Iverson and spoke to Travis. He had me in and out in a few hours and at a price I felt good about. Very thankful for God's provision that day. I highly recommend this business.
I use the roadside service apps Life360, AAA and Progressive. I drive and need all three. Just reviewing the tow service. The driver was awesome! He tried jumping my van a few times. We ended up having to tow it. The driver was fast and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. After a scary tow driver from Fargo, I am now cautious. I appreciate the employee who was professional and had top notch customer service. Thank you!
Some of the best mechanics in the Twin Town area! These guys know their stuff and don't rely on fancy digital equipment---they fix things! Great guys, great place, great pricing. Older vehicles welcome!!
Quick service, good quality work, towing available. Only thing I would strongly recommend is getting signage. Was difficult finding this place. And when you walk in you think you went through the wrong door. Because you're expecting a lobby with a counter. Put up some window decal would help a lot.
I took my car here about 6 months to get the heater core fixed and even though the heater core is fixed and has worked here's what all went wrong. When I picked the car up the first time he needed to drill through some plastic, which is fine, but he decided to leave those plastic shavings all over the floor of the car. On top of that when he put the steering wheel back on he didn't have it aligned right which a simple 5 minutes test drive would've easily shown, and he didn't put the steering boot that goes into the firewall on the steering shaft into place. He also cracked a panel that he had to remove, the crack was about 3 inches long so rather noticeable but he didn't replace it. He also forgot to install the trunk button. So then I brought it back a second time to get the wheel fixed and the trunk button installed and again he forgot to reinstall the steering boot so I just did it when I got it back. So then I finally thought it was done until summer came and the first time I used the AC it started dripping water from the evaporator onto my floor, because the plastic he drilled into was on the bottom of the AC drain so now instead of draining outside it was going into my car. But I moved away from Wahpeton so I just fixed it myself. Overall I think it's clear I wouldn't exactly recommend this place.
The Best Repair Shop I have ever gone to. Travis is a gentleman, he is calm courteous, and Knowledgeable. His father taught him well. Actually both of his parents taught him well. He is a well balanced individual, spending time with his family, and making time for FUN. His wife works with him @ the shop. Paper work is just as important as the physical work. They make a great team.
Reasonably priced, very fair and great to deal with. Had issue after repair, not caused by them, and they took care of it with no problems. Would recommend to all.
I had them replace a fuel pump on my suburban within week the pump went out and I had to tow my vehicle back and asked what he wanted to do about it came out right away picked it up seemed like he was going to do repair job for free since I just had job done. Then I get another huge bill that was 70$ more than last job and he tried to tell me it was cheaper because he didn't charge towing. When he towed it from across town. I wouldn't suggest bringing anything to this shop
Reliable, they will fix what needs to be fixed. If there's more trouble elsewhere with your vehicle, they will ask your permission before they just repair it. You don't have to worry about showing up to a huge bill. They have a few loaner vehicles around, you bring your vehicle in to get fixed, they'll let you drive the loaner no charge.
Let me tell you a story of a girl named Kara. Kara is my daughter and is a freshman at NDSCS. Her father, me, lives in Bismarck. While driving to Fargo for work, I received a call from Kara and she tells me the check engine light and the temp light is on and her temp gauge is going from the norm temp to the cold side. Worried about loosing a water pump or having a bad thermostat and not knowing the first thing about auto repair I was to say the least a bit worried. I changed my itinerary and arrived in Fargo, bought a thermostat some tools and a gallon of antifreeze and headed to Wahpeton to see what I could do. When I arrived last evening, it was evident I did not have the ability or appropriate tools to successfully do the job. I had to leave my girl in Wahpeton on campus with out a vehicle. Today I called Lynn at Iverson Repair. (He was referred to me by Bill Smith of Smitty's Repair) Lynn listed to my plight and told me to have her drive the car directly to his shop and he would get Kara's car in and see what was going on. Lynn true to his word got Kara's car in and diagnosed the problem. Turned out to be an instrument cluster and not the water pump or thermostat at all! This saved me some cash as I learned the car was in great shape and there wasn't nothing mechanically wrong with it other than the instrument cluster. (Which will get fixed in due time) Lynn called me to advise of the situation. He was thorough and did not waste any time with her car. The only problem I have is you live in Wahpeton and not Bismarck! However, considering this situation, I am happy and will be forever grateful you do live and work in Wahpeton. Thank you Lynn for your help. I know this Dad will rest a bit easier tonight knowing his baby girl has the vehicle she needs. Your willingness to set aside the time to handle this problem in a more than timely fashion shows you are a man of character, an honest business man, and an all around good egg.
