We were stuck and stranded during a blizzard. The service we received was amazing from the member on the phone to the young man who pulled us out on the exit ramp at Hankinson during a blizzard. Travis (I think that was his name) was courteous and very professional during a very stressful time!

Bergers Body & Glass exude professionalism, compassion and dedication to serving the community. I was stranded on I29 on November 25, 2025. I received unbelievable service from Austin, Dylan & Bridget! They were friends that I hadn't met till today. They went far beyond rescuing a stranded motorist. The service was exceptional and Whapeton is fortunate to have these ambassadors living in their community! Thanks again, and if you decide to head north to Winnipeg I would love to provide each of you with a great experience! Wow, this customer service is reminiscent of days gone by!

Berger's was incredible. From the affordable price, to the great communication, and most importantly the customer service. Cole Austin and Matt were friendly, easy to talk to and informative. I was stranded with a blown tire 15 miles away at closing time and they still serviced the vehicle. Tremendous 10/10 experience 100% recommend! ?

Radiator issue on the interstate about 15 miles south of town - Berger's had the tow there within half an hour, took my vehicle back to their shop, diagnosed and repaired the problem in about an hour and a half. Nice folks, great service!

I can’t say enough good things about Berger’s Body & Glass. I have been a customer for years, but a recent incident resulted in service that was above and beyond. On the eve of a planned cross country drive I collided with a deer. Needing a quick fix, the Bergers leaped into action and had me on the road in an amazingly quick turnaround. Great work, great service, GREAT people!

I had to get my bumper replaced and they did a great job. The service I received their was phenomenal, they went above and beyond and even cleaned my head light covers. I will definitely be going back If I need.

I called Kevin at 7:30 in the morning trying to find some one to rent me a car for a few days. Kevin was more than helpful, he even had one of his employees pick me up and give me a ride to the shop! Vehicle I rented was great, performed as well as expected. I even tried to buy it before i returned it! Thank you Kevin, and your staff!

Had to have my car towed in here to get it fixed, they were very helpful, friendly, honest and they're prices are very fair. They also work quick, I had my car towed in on Tuesday and first thing Wednesday morning as soon as they opened I got a call about what was wrong and what parts were needed, after the OK from me they had the whole job done in about 2 hours and I even asked them to do some extra work. Bergers was amazing to work with, I'll be doing most of not all my mechanical work with them from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was stranded at an intersection, horns blowing, police lights flashing, needed help quick. Police called Bergers Body & Glass for me. Tow truck arrived in 3 minutes, took me to their repair shop, ran a test, found the new starter I needed, gave me a 3 hour time to complete the job and included a free loaner car to have lunch and tour the town. They kept me in the loop with damages, prices, and timeline of repairs. I hit a deer on my trip from Minnesota to Montana on a late Wednesday night and Kevin and Dan at Berger's had the truck fixed and ready to go by the following Monday, getting me back on the road as soon as possible. The truck looks great and they were so helpful throughout the entire process that could have taken a couple weeks without their persistence with insurance company. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely refer them to anyone in the Wahpeton area for any auto body needs.

Smoked a deer early on a Saturday morning a few weeks back and Austin came and got our Jeep to their shop. Excellent towing service to start. Kevin and Dan took great care of us during the repair process with great communication and exceptional craftsmanship in the repairs that were made. I was VERY pleased with the work that was done, my car feels, looks, and drives like brand new. They kept me informed on the work and provided me with a rental truck until my vehicle was ready. They got a lot of work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend and I will definitely be turning to them for any future work.

Bergers is a small business that does some HUGE work. I've gotten repairs with them a couple times, this last one was for a nasty deer strike. They did fast work and went above any beyond, even detailing the interior, exterior, and engine bay despite the body panels and headlight being the only damage on the vehicle. Here are a couple of Before and After photos to show that they were working with Would highly recommend them for quality, and a seamless experience on repairs, Towing, or body work.

Very helpful, straight forward & friendly. My vehicle had broken down I called my AAA an chose to have it towed to Bergers I delt with Kevin -- he was able to meet my accomodations for a rental vehicle and within a hour I had one from Bergers! My insurance company told me the opposite and that I would have to drive over a hour away to get rental (with what vehicle?).. Bergers is very timely and efficient especially with me working late hours, he personally always got back to me right away with any information had found out with my vehicle, billing, etc. A lot of body shops now days give you a run-a-round & keep you waiting but not them! No matter how busy they were they still made sure I was treated with great customer service. Best part about my experience with them is after fixing my vehicle they went above and beyond to not only wash, but deatail the inside of my vehicle! Very appreciated!

I recently took my truck to Bergers and they installed running boards and fixed some dings and did some painting. The work was impeccable and with so much attention to detail. Kevin and his workers were so pleasant to work with and did such a remarkably good job I left with such a good feeling knowing that I had trusted the right people with my vehicle. I hit a deer hard, messed up the entire front end. I thought my van was totaled. My insurance company suggested Berger’s because they were in their network and it was the closest auto body shop to me. The day I dropped off the van for the estimate and after meeting Kevin and his staff I knew I was gonna have the work done there. They were very professional yet laid back and very friendly. They also got me squared away in a very nice rental, which really helped because finding a place that has rentals somewhat close to where I live was proving to be close to impossible. One stop shop so far so good. By the next day they already had the estimate sent to my insurance Co and my van wasn’t totaled…I still couldn’t imagine it looking half way decent again. Within 10 days they had my van completely finished, washed up and also did an oil change! They went way over and above what they had to to make me a satisfied customer. I was ecstatic and definitely recommend this business to anybody and everybody. My daughter, who's in a wheelchair, and I were stuck on the highway as our Mazda wouldn't start. It was very hot out and AAA contacted them for a tow. The guy came to help us within 20 minutes or so. He loaded up our vehicle and gave my daughter and I a ride to motel. Then he took our vehicle to the shop to be looked at the next morning. I was contacted about our vehicle and that the engine was toast. We live 2 1/2 hours away. We were stuck with no one to pick us up and give us a ride home. The bosses son, gave us a ride all the way home and it was definitely cheaper than a taxi. He was VERY NICE!! Everyone that I dealt with were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and very nice to my daughter and I. He was a LIFESAVER in our time of need. I don't know what we would have done without his help. THANKS VERY MUCH TO ALL at Bergers Body Shop. I experienced car trouble while visiting Wahpeton and needed to be towed. I contacted my roadside assistance through my insurance and was told the Bergers would be coming to tow me. After an extremely long wait, and several phone calls, both to my insurance company and Bergers, it appears my insurance company was calling the wrong company and had never called Bergers. When they finally got things straightened out, the truck was there right away, had my vehicle loaded and on the way. It was a brutally cold day and Dylan was very quick, professional, and got the job done.
