I really had some great luck today. My daughter called me in a total panic, she had her first car breakdown and on the interstate no less. After a quick Google search I found 701 towing, and within a half hour I was told the car is on the hook and on the way to shop. Called on a Sunday afternoon and got service in 30 minutes. I was stuck in Grand Forks overnight with a blown transmission and the owner recommended me a trustworthy mecanic and some local places to check out. Very friendly.

So first I need to address the customer service with this company Absolutely Outstanding! I spoke with Brandon this morning within 45 minutes I had a tow truck driver here. The tow truck driver's name is Andrew wonderful and accommodating human being. You can tell these people love what they do and treat their customers with the same amount of passion that they have for what they do. called on Saturday for a tow & I needed to get my car to the shop Monday morning 8am, he told me it would be cheaper to call Monday morning and he would meet me there at 7am. so nice, understanding, and very trustworthy! will definitely be calling if needing a tow again.

I am from Louisiana and was in the area working. I tried several local people who were all “BUSY” and could only get to me several days later. Being that it was my work truck I had to get it to the shop ASAP. 701 towing drove 1 1/2 hours to pick up my truck, was nice enough to bring it to my shop so I could unload my tool box so I could work and brought it immediately to the dealership. He even sent a picture of the truck at the dealership to appease my supervisor. They were extremely friendly to deal with and had very fair pricing. So I’ve had to deal with tow company’s on a few different occasions. I won’t say who they were but I can tell you I dreaded calling them every time because they always found some way to pull one over on me. I just stopped trusting them and tried to find ways to deal with problems myself or any other way. My father had problems with his vehicle and gave 701 towing a call and all he had for Brandon was praise. Shortly after that experience I need assistance with removing a stripped lug nut, gave Brandon a call. All I can say is he restored my faith in people. Was a very very nice guy and super helpful! I needed my tire off to change my battery and he offered to stay and put it in for me. Needless to say he earned a generous tip. Great guy, easy to talk to, and super reliable! I recommend him to everyone I know!

Brandon with 701 Towing was awesome to work with. We got 2 trucks stuck with a tow strap between them during an ice storm. Brandon made multiple attempts to get to us when another tow company tried once and didn't even let me know that they even attempted the 1 time. Brandon kept great communication with me. He determined it would be best to use 2 tow trucks to keep minimal damage to both vehicles. He lined up and worked with another company to get the trucks out. Was fair on his pricing and did an awesome job. If I ever need a tow or recovery service in the area, 701 Towing will be the first company I call!

Brandon will always be my first call for assistance. He was professional and timely. He helped my daughter out. He showed her how to unhook her battery and what size wrench she needs. If I could give this more than 5 stars here it probably STILL wouldn’t be enough! Not only did Brandon go above and beyond to help with my battery issues on my Ford Escape BUT he worked to confirm my battery was under warranty and got it replaced for me! If anyone needs a tow or any other services that could entail you’d be doing yourself a disservice going to anyone else. 701 Towing has made us life long customers! The ignition on our Classic Car locked up, Brandon came in 15 minutes. Checked it over and got it going without a tow. No charge. What great service! Would highly recommend.

My 2023 Silverado has been towed 3 times. These guys by far are the best at it. I had my doubts, but soon realized they were fast smarter than most. They have a tilt trailer and the really know how to use it. Very friendly and caring Staff. I definitely recommend this company for all you towing needs.

Transmission blew on my way to Devils Lake. 701 Towing was the 1st place to answer my call. They were there as quickly as possible and hauled me back to Grand Forks and even recommend Golden Rule auto repair. Since I am new to the area I appreciated the knowledge and experience provided. Braden was friendly and professional and made the ride back to Grand Forks very pleasant. I would definitely recommend his services. Price was reasonable for the distance too!

When our college aged daughter decided to try and drive home during “no travel advised” because kids know better- well she ended up in a ditch 37 miles from Grand Forks. Not being anywhere close to her- we had to take a leap of faith that we chose the right company. Not only did we choose the right company- Brandon was amazing! He made sure she safely got to Grand Forks; checked in the following day and made sure she was safe! This company was great! Great rates, on time, kind and honest. We had a tire that was flat. We asked him to tow it to the dealership. He first aired it up and called me to tell me it was holding air if we wanted him to leave it at a cheaper rate. Because I was busy I ended up having him tow it to the dealer for repair anyhow. But I like the fact he gave me a cheaper option when I wouldn't of known differently. Just goes to show you his honesty level. I definitely recommend and will be calling again. Trish TLC Cleaning

I will never use another towing company again! He was willing to work with my schedule, was very timely, and very kind. I feel like he genuinely wanted to help me, versus trying to take my money. Thanks to 701 Towing for helping my daughter out after she got stuck while turning around to return to her original destination during a recent blizzard. We called eight other towing companies and either they would not drive that far to help or they were too busy to help. Thank goodness for Brandon or she likely would have been out there all night! Brandon at 701 was a godsend. He also made she she got safely back to Grand Forks. As a parent I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for making sure she was safe. After calling many different towing companies prior to calling 701 Towing, I was super surprised how quickly he was able to assist me in having my sons car towed to a local repair shop! Other places couldn’t tow until the next day or even recommended I keep on looking! Brandon was very friendly and professional.
