never had a problem with them, get me containers when i ask for them, let me slide a couple times i forgot to sort out few different types of scrap, just said to make sure to do correctly next time, they weigh everything infront of you, never go to a place where you can't see the scale when they are weighing it, no bad things to say, completely satisfied
Second time there with a big load and I had enough. Will be taking business elsewhere. One older individual is rude and blatant and drives like a madman on the forklift(stay clear of him for your own safety). Literally acted like they have a monopoly business and mentions where else you going to go. They/him need to learn how to treat customers. Weighing with honesty? Hard to say. Screw you over on the cents at the atm which adds up to alot of money for them. Good riddens!
Went here for the first time today and had a horrible experience. I was completely shocked by the way the workers treated me, very rude, and not helpful at all. I got yelled at as soon as I parked my vehicle as parking is not made clear. After moving my vehicle a bin was brought out for me to place my aluminum cans in. I was then yelled at by another worker because I did not know to remove the cans out of the bags that I had my cans in. Then I had to wait 15 minutes to be helped when I was only one of two customers at the time. Even the other customer commented to me that he thought I was being mistreated. And all that hassle for $15.30. I don't recycle for the money anyways but I don't believe I should be mistreated, for what I see as a good deed. As I said this was my first time here it will also be my last.
Very bad experience. If you want to feel ripped off or taken advantage of,, then go here. They do not make you feel welcome at all and do not treat all customers the same. The cut off times at end of the day is confusing and Tyler Gibb will refuse to weigh your items at 4:33 yet will weigh and pay someone else at 4:43. When asked why he lied to me, yelled, swore, and kicked me out, He even rushed at me as if I he was going to hit me or fight me. Real jerk.I won't be back
