When I first went there my husband and I were unsure of how to unload scrapping materials, so I asked the receptionist if they had a brochure that explained the process. They did not have one. She tried explaining their process but it was confusing to understand it all. She said don’t worry— they had patience. I was worried about where to park and unload and making others wait. She said not to worry, others could wait. We had several trips of scrapping mixed materials, and each time we went there, it was as if they all were not on the same page of where to send us to unload. They sent us in different directions each time, some workers stating some materials were stainless which turned out it wasn’t so we lost out on original weight. That was frustrating. Yes, I admit we asked several times because we are older and unable to remember everything, but with “their patience” they were supposed to be patient, but obviously they were not. They were upset because we showed up 10 mins before their lunch break ( which btw, no other scrapping location had a “90” min lunch break), and they lost a few mins, ok, so that happened. So later on, We decided to take one last load because, well, apparently they do not open on the weekends, so yes we cut it close to their closing time. We had weighed out on steel and had aluminum leftover. We were unsure of which place to bring it. So we brought it to the side. First of all, they shouldn’t have yelled at us telling us to rush just because they had 4 precious minutes left before close of the day. My husband was already tired and upset, which I admit, is not an excuse, but their reaction made him react which got us banned. If they had patience to begin with, none of that would have happened. I’m not a local and by their actions from a so called “professional business”, it appears as if they don’t want to deal with anyone who doesn’t understand the process. I’m not happy with their service so if you are looking for professionalism, respect and patience, do not ever set foot in their business.
