Friendly truck driver, was patient when I missed some texts by a bit of time. I had to get an old car towed from a little parking lot down town, didn't have any issues
These boys were awesome and saved my day I had a blowout on a Mazda three had it towed and needed a tire and rim I had the auto shop it was sitting at call around for this tire and rim for over 10 days these guys held the tire and rim for another two weeks to where I can pick up tire and rim I appreciate Everything they did for me down there and I will definitely be back to do more business with him
Needed a master switch for my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. So easy! Gave them the specifics, they take a name and number and call when it's ready. Then it's just go to the 1st door and get the invoice (after paying over the phone), and then to the shop door to pick up the part. So much easier than I remember 10 plus years ago.
Highly reccomend!
Team was extremely helpful! Even though we couldn’t come up with the specific part I was looking for which was an odd ball part, the team took it upon themselves to go in the yard a couple times walking through mud to try and find it. Thank you for the great service and help.
Great place to go to try to get used auto parts. Helpful people and straightforward customer service. Pricing is fairly reasonable but not super cheap as a result of having to cover the extensive business costs associated with running a salvage yard. They pull the part for you so call ahead so you can ask for part availability and give them time to process the request and pull the part. Grateful to have this place as a resource for auto parts. Not many places left in this region like this. Give them a call or stop in for yourself to see what they can do for you.
Was looking for an engine, they did have one, out of the whole tri-state, I didn't get it but still love this place. They just tell you if they don't have it instead of wasting time.
Very respectful and out going at first. But with my issue all I need was a fog light bracket screw for my truck and they were trying to sell me a fog light with the screw for $55. I couldn’t find this screw any where. I was like that’s a little much. I will get back to you. They were extremely rude and kicked me out because I didn’t want to buy the fog light. The guy was very disrespectful in the way he treated me and said just leave now and don’t come back. I went to the Ford dealer and they said that was very ridiculous. They had a brand new fog light with the screw I needed for $32 before tax. Don’t ever go here. Go to Northern Recycling in West Fargo. This place here will rip you off and take your money!!
Great prices on used auto parts. Even better than online prices. I was happy finding my part at a great price, which ultimately help me get my truck going. Could not afford one any more expensive so this place saved me!
This place is top notch! Excellent salesman, the most attentive parts puller, a wide variety of parts, the best prices in town, and an owner that goes above and beyond! Seriously, Nate is the best. Why go anywhere else?
And we're doing a '99 Dodge ram when in , I asked if he had a dash trim piece he asked me questions like he had no idea what I was talking about I went to my vehicle and showed him the piece we went in he said he found one I asked him the price. It was overpriced I told him I thought it was a little high. I can get new ones online for half the price. This was after I just told him I was probably going to get a bunch of parts a hood some other things.. with attitude tells me well we can't give it away.. in which I said I never asked you to give it away just said $40 was a little high.. won't go there again there's other places to buy parts in Fargo.
This place is amazing!!! They ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. Have never failed me once. They go above and beyond for their customers, and are extremely kind, considerate, and helpful.
I didnt get much help three guys working the front desk and phones .one of the them named Doug was helpful even showed me where to find a spare tire I needed in less then five mins but the other two just sat at the front ask what I need and the younger guy just said walk right through the warehouse to go find it myself. Was upset about it but Doug made it worthwhile.
They had the parts ready for me when I arrived. Seems pretty well organized and it was the only local place that had the parts I wanted. (I own a Toyota)
I had to get a rim for my vehicle. I called and they had four that would fit my car. The employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend 7th Ave Auto Salvage to those in need of car parts before spending money on new parts. Thank You 7th Ave Auto Salvage 😀
I called to look at a Cherokee to get parts off of and he said to come take a look, I drive an hour there and they told me people are only allowed in the yard on Thursdays, he could have said that on the phone, but luckily they had one that was sitting on the outside of the fence that had what I needed and the prices were fair, I called just today to see if I could also get a few more parts from it and he said it may have already been crushed. But he tried his best to find out if it was still available.
I have bought many parts over the years including engines and have always had good experiences. I love when I need something for a hot rod I'm building and I get to go scrounge around the yard! Brings back lots of memories of when I was a kid helping the old man pull parts. All around great service and awesome selection!
Always has the parts I'm looking for, at a very reasonable price. Great cars, Just bought a 2014 hyundai Elantra from them for GREAT price! They worked with me for what I needed and were VERY helpful! would suggest this company 14/10 for any car part or car needs you have!
After spending over a week looking all over 3 different counties for two different size 15 tires (with no luck), 7th Ave Auto Salvage was our Super hero. They had other of the tired that we had been searching for, and in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we couldn't have imagined a better price.
HIGHLY SUGGESTED!!!
Good guys, they're a straight to it business it seems. Calling ahead was easy, someone ready at the desk to help, and they had the parts set up and ready in a couple hours at a totally fair price, note: this was for a special order too, so extra work was needed. Would purchase from again.
These guys were super easy to work with! I called ahead to find out if they had the part I needed and was able to pick it up next business day! Only $32 too which beats all the prices online!
We purchased a used engine with a 90 day warranty 3 weeks later the timing tensioner failed and engine now has internal damage.7th st. Auto will not cover the engine warranty. They said they recommended we install new timing belt, that never was said. I would highly recommend buying some where else where they will honor their warranty.
I have purchased many parts from 7th Ave over the years. I have always found them helpful and I usually find the part I am looking for. They are always my first option when looking for an item.
I would give it no starts but I can't, I called two.times to inquire about a rim and both times they told me they had what I needed in stock. Then, when I arrive its "the wrong one" and it had to be ordered and all of a sudden it was OVER half what they quoted me. A few days later i go to pick up the part and they end up charging me AGAIN. So they try to put the money back on the card but the card says declined and the money is not yet on the card. They said they'd "try again tomorrow" even though i need my miney today..bulls**t
I most regret the money spent on Verizon's 411 service to call these clowns. I know it is a junk yard, but you would expect some level of interaction that might pass for customer service. Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledge with simple eye contact, and then told they do not have the part I had just called about to confirm they had in stock. What a waste of time.
