These unprofessional losers literally stole my car after I got in a major accident. This happened without my permission. Now I can’t even access my car to get important items unless I pay over 600 dollars. I do not recommend doing any business with this Company.
Of all the towing companies in the FM area they are the least scummy I have had to deal with. They worked with me and made things easy. I have spent 2 hours just trying to get the paper work to recover a vehicle at other places, I spent less then 10 minutes with FM towing.
Tanner went above and beyond. He came out to tow my car, but ended up not even needing to. First He worked hard trying to get the truck into the parking garage despite the low clearance. Reassuring me before hand, “No matter what, we’re going to get your car out.” That alone helped so much during a stressful situation.
He stayed calm and cool the entire time, managed to get my hood open even though it was jammed shut after an accident, took a look under the hood, and gave me a helpful idea of what might need to be fixed. Got the car started. And on top of that, he even zip-tied my bumper so I could safely drive it a few blocks home.

Car decided to stop running half way on the road right outside of this place and the guy came out so nice and offered to get us off the road until I could figure something out. Very nice pepple
This place must keep alot off people's cars. There no way I would have been able to get mine out if I had to wait till payday. Do they really have to charge 75 a day there's no way alot off people can afford that. Most peopel dont have 225 on top 75 a day . Have to be pretty heartless hatful people to charge that amount
Cory, was an amazing person. Who helped me to get me stuck and he was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Honestly, when I read few reviews I was kinda confused if I chose the right company but realistically they are amazing. Budget friendly, looking to help who in need, not to hurt the pockets.
MOST INHUMANE COMPANY. My apartment complex called me at 907 to remove my car only for me to go outside and the car is gone and towed. They said they sent out emails which doesn’t make sense because not everyone reads their emails, they did not put up a notice on the apartment at all as my previous apartments have done. I called the tow company and they literally said my car is being brought into the lot as we speak and they tell me it’s $225. I start bawling out of frustration on the call cause this is not an expense I can afford as a college student, this lady had no sympathy whatsoever, not one ounce. They are MONEY HUNGRY, GREEDY AND UNKIND. Just for bringing it into the lot. Meaning they literally came and started towing it fast to get money. I went there to grab it from the back after paying, the storage area was icy and slippery. The lady who attended to me was nice so idk who I spoke with, she told me to meet her in the back so the tow guy can take me to my car. I make my way to the passenger seat and dude drives off leaves me there to walk to my car on the other side of theICY lot and it’s windy cold. He could’ve given me a ride there and chose not to. I confronted him about it and he didn’t even say sorry my bad or anything and just asked for my registration. No compassion, nothing. At least I’ve paid for your service and you could’ve been nicer. Do good unto others as you would have them done unto you.
Damaged my radiator and a/c condenser lied about it saying it was already damaged because it was an impound and they claimed to use dollys but the snow bank they backed it into says otherwise! Force you to pay cash for service that they didn’t even do! Too lazy to actually put dolly’s on but said they did! Did $3300 in damages to my car because the stinger was to large to clear my radiator support on my car but they own the contract with the city so basically “not there fault “
Most inhumane staff I’ve ever interacted with in any industry. Poor constumer service, no humanity, money hungry, rude, and inconsiderate. They fish apartment parking lots between 10 and 12 at night my car was parked for 15 minutes in a spot you technically can’t park in because I had to carry somtthing really heavy inside and was trying to get as close to the door as possible to do so went upstairs set the item down used the restroom and my car was gone. Would’ve left it running but it was really low on gas so it was towed after being inside for no more than 15 minutes. Absolutely I believable. When I called they had absolutely no sympathy whatsoever and I had called my property manager to see if they’d pay for it as they always have issued warning to people in the past first they said they’d get back to me but that wasn’t till 5:30 and the towing office was closed even tho they have someone in there 24/7 and they charged me for an extra day. Absolutely unbelievable.
If I could rate this business zero stars, I absolutely would! Their greed knows no bounds—they'll go to any lengths to squeeze out extra money. A client came to pay his tow charges and retrieve his vehicle, but despite the warrant for his failure to appear being unrelated to the tow company, they called the police to have him arrested. This would have allowed them to keep the vehicle, and profit further had the clients mother not been there to take possession of his vehicle. Such unethical practices are appalling shame on them!
Absolute worst service. Was left waiting for a tow for 2 1/2 hours in -4°. Not happy at all!!! Tried calling dispatch and went straight to voicemail each time with no call back.
Terrible place they have no human decency they towed my stolen car and charging me to get it back not even caring it was stolen didn’t even notify me until 10 days later
They have one price on thier website and charge you more when you get there. Conviently they only take cash and have the atm on site so you can pull more out when they overcharge you. Being contracted through the city makes this slightly more sketchy.
