I witnessed a driver for this company that was driving aggressively and speeding. When I called to notify company of the driver, the woman that answered the phone yelled and hung up on me for reporting the situation. Wow, that’s great customer service.

Start off great! We started collecting checks for around $150 for 600 lbs. of grease. Then our checks went to $25 saying we only had 100 lbs. We did nothing different our grease waste never changed. I called them to see why, they never really gave an answer as to why. It stayed at 100lbs for the last four checks. They came every six weeks and our average waste is 100lbs a week. I will not use again
