Been going to this place since they opened from moving from the old place. They get right on loading you and are very helpful. Thank you for good employees like this who make the operation run smoothly.

They now charge $20 for paying at branches with cashier check and they offer no discounts for secure payments on online. They just keep adding ridiculous fees for buyers.

The staff at the front desk make this place not worth ever visiting. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and just downright vile.

Super nice, helpful, respectful, and just super good. Highly recommended easily one of the best locations where I buy my cars. Thank you!

This IAAI branch is by far the BEST IAAI branch to work with! Their staff staff helped me multiple times on things that other branches basically tell me tough luck. Casey is awesome!

I am disappointed at IAA in Fargo ND. I bought a total of 5 cars and SUVs for my family and was badly disappointed in 3 of them. I was forced to pay a total of $1725 for a 2005 Ford Escape that they value in their website for $1550. That is NOT an Auction. It’s a deception! A fraud! Even if another person was bidding more for it, they knew the value of the vehicle, and therefore have an expected Highest Amount they need for it. They should STOP the bidding once that highest expected amount is reached. Worst that happened is that the vehicle has problems that they knew and did not write or disclose in their advertisement or website. Instead they said it was Start & Run and CLEAR! Not true! It has transmission problems, cannot go gear, and a lot of back noises and break problems. Same for the other two vehicles. And their No Return or No Cancel policy is terrible! Finally, I believe there are some dishonest people that go there just to inflate prices by falsely raising their hands as if they are bidding, thereby forcing true bidders to pay more for a car. Price Inflators! Terrible for that to happen in America! I would suggest that ALL Vehicles be thoroughly inspected and tested and ALL problems identified and listed before they are displayed for Auction. Remember that Buyers don’t have the opportunity to Test-Drive their vehicles before buying them. I also believe that in America, all buying disputes must be looked into regardless of whether its auction or not. And prices must be consistent. Extra Service Charges must be very minimal. It’s too much at IAA! Auction MUST be AUCTION! That’s the total cost should be 50% or less of the value (ACV) of the property. I like buying from IAA and will continue buying every week for my family if they try to be more honest and fair to their customers.

Helpful staff and good online auction. Forgot to bring my car out one time and I arrived after hours, lucky a worker was still on site to get it. public buyer fees are pretty insane, and lots of rules.

UNBELIEVABLE. Been buying from IAA about 10 years now, this branch is beyond words! CASEY FEVIG (branch manager) is the type of person who gives IAA a bad name... Bought 2011 Ram 2500 with 'right front damage as primary, missing battery, cannot test start'. I understand if I bought a consignment from some dealer I'm waiting to get screwed, but I know what to buy and who to buy from and this was COMPLETELY misrepresented... Received truck, and this is what I get: NO TRANSMISSION, NO TRANSFER CASE, NO FUEL TANK, NO PUMP, etc., NO EXHAUST, NO CATS, NO O2 SENSORS, COMPLETE JUNK. Bought shell with engine (and don't know if that's even good) Here is where it gets good, contacted Branch Manager CASEY FEVIG, and after receiving pictures from us his response is 'there is no way for us to know if you removed those parts or it was bought like this'....if that's the case why even ask for the pics? He said 'the missing parts should have been seen before leaving yard'. How is any transporter supposed to know what I'm buying, in what condition, and what is/isn't supposed to be on the car. All they know is pick up this car from here and deliver there...that's it. Then his loader hit the front bumper and dented chrome face bar, and when loading from the side ripped the side step right off the truck. This branch is an absolute mess and nothing but bad experience from few trucks bought here. Stay away from this branch or check cars and have loaders record loading!
