  Don't bother they don't want to help you. So I needed a new battery for my car. I had the old battery in hand and I walk in at 4:19pm on 3/2/25. The guy vacuuming put down the vacuum, and told me to put the battery on the counter. I told him I would like to buy a replacement, and without asking me what's it for, he said let me see if I got them in stock. so he walks to the back and not even a minute go's by he comes out, and say's (the battery is on the top shelf and the vans are parked for the day so you would have to come back tomorrow). So I asked, are you guys not open then? With apparently made him angry, and reply with a (we are open and I just told you I can't get it!) even though there was two other employee there, and a van diver literally pulling in the garage. It ended up with him telling me I can just leave the store, with I did, and went to O'Reillys Auto Parts where we laugh about this story and they got me a great deal on a battery. It was my first time there and my last time there. To Kelly Mangie Thank you for the reply, but unfortunately It was made very clear by your overpaid Roomba that I'm not welcome to he's store.

  I wrote a bad review about this place and the manager Kelly reached out to my boyfriend and made everything right. They refunded everything that went wrong and took care of his battery issue immediately. I am beyond shocked at the great customer service from this place. I would strongly recommend this place. Thank you Interstate All Battery Center!

  I visited this location @ 330pm ish on friday nov 15 2024. This staff that was working in the store fromt when I visited is amazing! They all need a raise! They answered all my questions professionally. When asked about my old battery, I told them it's still installed in the car, but if they had tools I could borrow quickly, I'll change it in the lot and bring in my old battery to avoid the extra transaction for the core return. The allowed me to borrow the necessary tools (which they didn't have to). Then, while changing out my battery, I went inside to ask for a different size wrench and out of my own stupidity, with it being the first car I owned with the battery in the trunk, I closed my trunk after disconnecting my battery (my trunk is electronic). One of the young gentleman during this shift offered to help me out getting my trunk back open. (He didn't have to, but I have a feeling he strongly believes in customer service!) He succeeded! Saving me from having to call a locksmith and spend another 75+ to get back into my trunk to get my car working again. I highly commend the staff that was working when I visited and inadvertently locked myself out of my trunk. It's safe to say, I'll be recommending this location, and that staff to anyone who asks me about vehicle batteries! My only regret is not asking for their names so I could name them in this review!

  Called up to get basic information about my battery warranty and time left , employee refused to tell me his name and refused to look up my battery warranty. After asking for his name after being treated horribly I got hung up on. I have bought many batteries from this store time to look for another. Kelly the Manger made things right, Grade A customer service. Will gladly do business knowing Kelly is in my corner! Thanks again!!

  I do all my battery needs at Interstate...today was a disappointing experience. Prior to this visit they took my battery out to test and charge it. The clip for my hood rod got broke off, I recently realized it. Mitch, from fargo store was rude, and could care less. Didn't do anything, said my car was old it broke. Very poor customer service, I don't think he likes his job. Nasty!!

  My husband and I came in on one of the coldest days of the year due to a bad battery. Understandably, it was busy and a little wait but the associates were working very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of and provided very friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

  Stopped into the Fargo location before a road trip, as my battery terminal had corrosion. The6 cleaned it great, coated it with ani corrosion spray, and all at no charge! Great service, and the location is recommended.

  This place use to be the best place to get a battery but now it’s has no customer service. Went in to get a batter that was expanded and had a bunch of frost on it checked. Guys said it was not possible. I was stuttering a lot in the mean time because I have a speech disorder but the guy treated me like trash. Came back 3 days later wanted to talk to the same guy and they ignored me and walked the opposite direction. They gave me my “good battery” went home test it and had no charge. Place only cares about money with battery that last a year and a half at most. And if you have a disability this is the last place I would shop.

  My 1 year old car battery had to be charged or jumped every day three days in a row. Took it in and they said it was just a little low so they couldn’t warranty it. I had to buy a new one as I was going out of town and needed a reliable battery and now my car starts every single time with the new battery. I will go elsewhere next time that has better batteries and better customer service.

  EVERY time I have been at this location I have received the best service!! I buy all our batteries there, I have had multiple screens repaired on cellphones as well. I have never felt like I am just a number. Very polite and knowledgeable staff!

  Let me start by saying how rare it is to get good service in 2022. My wife's battery went out in her car. I called interstate, and my call was answered right away. They told me to bring in the car any time before 5:30pm. I went in, and they helped me right away. I was in and out in less than 10 min. They were so nice and helpful I have not received service this well in over two years. Great job! I will always conduct business here.

  This is a very nice facility. We purchased eight 12 volt golf cart batteries when almost nobody else had them available. They unloaded all of our core turn in batteries and loaded the new batteries into the van. This is a task since some weigh about 85 lbs each. Thanks for the great service!

  These guys drove eight miles out of town to replace a battery when my vehicle died in the driveway. They were the only ones that I could find that would do this kind of service. The connection for the terminals was also shot so they used their personal tools to secure the cables to the terminals just so that I could drive until I was able to get to a place to replace the connection. After calling around and getting no answers, they said to bring it in and they would replace the connection. They did an absolutely fantastic job! They went above and beyond!

  Attitude problem. Bad customer service. Top dollar for there best battery an it's garbage. It was almost 20 degrees outside an the battery died. Had to jump my car. They keep the real good brands in the back. Surprise they are cheaper and better. I payed 300$ for there best Interstate battery( I didn't realize at the time they were pushing there brand) 4 year warranty any time exchange they said. I called them and received awful attitude. Told me it's my cars fault even tho the battery works fine when it's over 30 degrees out. I brought my battery in to be tested. Battery tests came out fine. I exchanged the battery for an Optima they had hidden in back.(17$ cheaper than there brand) On my way out one of the workers an older portly gent with dark hair decided another snarky comment was warranted. To be fair the younger gents at the counter were great. Very helpful. Good attitudes. Good customer service.

  Have had nothing but problems with these guys. Sold me a battery, and less than a year it dies. They said they said they would have someone come out and change the battery, because it was at my work place, and now they say they can't, and won't even pay for the tow to get it there. They're attitude made me feel like asking them to do their job, was an inconvenience for them. Customer service is obviously not a priority. VERY disappointed, and will never do business with them again. Buh-bye.

  Bad customer service fake warranty they don't care if you have a trouble starting your car at winter with this cold weather. As you can see my battery still under warranty but they don't cover it.

  The service here is exceptional! I went in during a really busy cold spell for a new car battery. I had went to Fleet Farm the night before & I waited for 20 minutes before anyone talked to me just to find out that they couldn’t get me in to change my battery for another 2 days. Interstate Batteries had me pull my car in immediately & changed my battery so quick! Everyone I talked to was so polite & helpful! I would definitely recommend.

  Getting what I needed and getting out quick was effortless and easy. They tested and installed my battery for free while I enjoyed complementary coffee. Overall a great experience as well as friendly service. I'll be coming here for any of my battery needs in the future.

  Came in for a car battery. I was welcomed by a very nice salseman, and was helped fairly quickly, despite the store being pretty busy. They had me pull my car into one of the bays, and an employee immediately went to check my battery first, to ensure it really needed to be replaced. I waited in the lobby for just a short amount of time while they replaced it, and I was on my way. Prices are reasonable, and the staff very helpful.
