We got the run around a bit- never really sure who to deal with. Marty dropped the ball for us but the driver with All Pro was very courteous and handled things in a reasonable manner. Bud’s was difficult to deal with and did not have our interest as priority but did prioritize someone seeking to impound my vehicle. Also, they were not able to find the proper spot for my vehicle and didn’t seem to reach out for verification.
My daughter locked her keys in her car and was in a bit of a panic because of it. I called to set up service for her. Staff was courteous, respectful and responded very quickly.
The service provided was excellent and highly recommended. The driver demonstrated great expertise and professionalism. Other companies had claimed that it couldn't be done, but this company came through for us and saved the day. If it were possible, I would give them more than 5 stars. Thank you very much!
Fargo Towing Company is an absolute lifesaver! When my car broke down on the side of the road, their prompt and efficient service got me back on track in no time. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services!
Had an accident and totaled my car. FPD called Fargo towing and I'm glad they did. The driver was extremely courteous and friendly. Made sure all my questions were answered. Went to their lot a few days later to get the last of my personal items from my car and again the office staff were very nice and courteous. I went out to the lot to collect items and the driver out there was very nice making sure I was ok didn't need anything. Would definitely recommend.
Great experience with Fargo Towing Company. I called them at 11:00pm on a Friday night and they were able to come out and tow my car within an hour. The guy who helped me was very friendly and professional. He even gave me a ride home after the tow truck showed up!
We were so impressed with the service we received from Fargo Towing Company! They were able to come to pick up our car at our house, and they also helped us get it back to them safely. We couldn't believe how fast they were able to complete the job, and they didn't even charge us extra for it. They did an amazing job, I would highly recommend them!..
