Do NOT call this company if you need any vehicle assistance! I called my insurance roadside assistance to get a tow. They set me up with these guys. I was initially told it would be 75-105 minutes, by Geely towing, at 3:51pm. Then I was told 27 minutes at 4:54pm. Then, I was told 20 minutes at 5:59pm. I tried calling them at 6:30pm and no answer. I called my insurance roadside assistance & they even tried to call Geely....guess what, no answer. I canceled my roadside assistance & called a towing company that I KNEW would be there to assist me. The company I called was there for me within 10 minutes. Lesson learned...take care of it yourself & hire a PROFESSIONAL towing company.
Geely towing really helped me out- I cut a tire on a boat trailer on I-29 and they were able to send someone out in minutes to help. Very professional, responsive, and helpful!
They say they’ll give you a refund but tell you, you got the service so there’s no refund. The service you pay for says it’ll take 10 minutes and yet you’re waiting in your car for 2+ hours for a jump. Would never recommend. Awful company and customer service
I absolutely do not recommend this service at the state it is at right now. I was called to get my car jump started at 3:47 and they didn’t show up until 6:15pm even though when I first called they said they were only 10 minutes away from my location. I even checked again at 4:45pm to see where they were and they told me 20 more minutes, and then ended taking up longer without telling me or updating me on anything because they towed a car for the police. Mind you, I paid for the service beforehand as I had used this company previously and they had been fast. The person who came to jump me knew that it was unfair for me to have to wait 3 hours and with the lack of communication, and I do understand their situation but I wish they would have updated me and been honest right away so I could have called someone else/another company and been able to go to work. They offered me a free towing service because of the unfairness, but I am moving and will not need it. Then, they offered to give me a free jump if my car didn’t start again, and it didn’t start again, but they didn’t answer my calls or my text after it had been hours. Definitely not a 24/7 or trustable company anymore, better off calling another company or asking a random person if you can.
Left me sitting in a parking lot for 3 hrs with our letting my insurance know that they had cancelled their answer to the service call or called me to let me know, so I could let my road side assistance know to get someone else!
Called my insurance to have my truck towed at 8:49 am, and at 8:57 I got a text saying someone at this company was in route. Waited two hours and I got a text saying my ETA was 20 minutes. Another hour goes by and nothing. I call, no answer. I call again later and leave a voicemail, then 5 minutes later I get a text saying my tow can no longer be complete. Would not recommend, this has happened in the past as well with this company. If you can’t make the tow, don’t accept the job.
My car broke down and I needed assistance. I scheduled a towing for the next day because I had an appointment the day my car broke down. The morning of the tow, my insurance company contacted me and said that Geely would be at my car within 100 to 130 minutes. I live in Detroit Lakes and they are based out of Fargo, so the wait time was expected. However, as soon as I got my text from my insurance company, I tried to reach out to them, and I left them a voicemail, thinking that they were busy, or just not open yet. Not only was not true that they were busy, they are also open 24 hours allegedly. Over the course of the next half hour I tried to call them two more times and got hung up on, before my insurance company texted me and said that the company reported that they could not find my vehicle. Geely didn’t even drive to Detroit Lakes to try and find my car. I then proceeded to try and call them one more time before getting hung up on before the phone could even ring. My insurance company then asked through text if I had received my help and I told them I had not. My insurance company has since called me and we’ve scheduled a different company and I have asked them to flag this business as unreliable and they proceeded to do so. I don’t know how reliable they are for non-Insurance gigs but as far as Insurance goes, I would not recommend using them.
Beware! We had these clowns setup to put a spare tire on for my wife while I was out of town and told us it would take 90-120 mins to arrive. It has now been over 2 hours and they ghosted us. Won’t answer calls from myself or our insurance provider now.

called roadside assistance at 1:08 for a tow...they secured geely towing with an estimated arrival time of 90-130 minutes later it was updated to 150 minutes after waiting 30 minutes of the last arrival time tried calling twice for an update no answer...called roadside assistance again they tried calling geely several times again with no answer but was given an estimated arrival time within 5 minutes...at 5:37 a msg was sent from roadside assistance that they couldn't complete the call...unreliable business
Got into an accident on a Saturday. Was told multiple times that they were 15 minutes away for pickup after the initial estimated time had passed. They finally showed up 3.5 hours later. Truck was towed to their yard. Truck was supposed to be towed from their lot on Monday to a collision center. I received a call from one of the operators stating they couldn’t tow the truck because it was too big. I informed them that they have the truck in their lot and they picked it up. The operator was confused after that even though he picked it up. The truck never got delivered to the collision center like it was supposed and they were unreachable for the next two days. Finally, once they were reach on that Wednesday, they said we’’ll have the truck over to the collision center by 1pm. Never got towed. Insurance company finally got a ahold of them and they said it would be there no later than 4:30pm. Low and behold it never showed up. They finally delivered the truck at 1:30am to the collision center. The operator did a decent job but was still new. The management of this business is subpar at best. Between being unable to be reached and not following through with what they committed to doing, I would highly not recommend this towing company to anyone. There is a saying, good service isn’t cheap and cheap service isn’t good. This is a cheap service and it is awful. This was an insurance deal and they farm it out the cheapest they can find. Beware of using this tow company.
BEWARE. They LIED about having possession of my vehicle. This company was contacted for my vehicle through USAA's roadside assistance. On my form for USAA, I provided clear instructions for where I left my key, even giving the sun visor a couple different descriptions since many people call it something else. I mentioned I tucked the key between my roof and the sun visor since I had to leave in order to make an appointment, and the parking lot was a very public space. If someone random opened the door, I didn't want my key immediately visible.
I believe they arrived on time, however, the driver apparently could not find my key. I get it, it happens, but instead of reaching out to me through text or call (phone numbers were provided) or to USAA, the driver instead left the scene without any notification that services were abandoned. USAA later texted me asking if services had been fulfilled. I called Geely and talked with someone who became quickly annoyed despite me simply asking if my car had been picked up yet, he said something roughly like "well, we couldn't locate the key so my driver left." I would have been happy to help when they were trying to locate the key, but again, no contact was made with me! If I hadn't called, I don't think I would have been told.
I provided further details, they said they had turned around to go get my car, and upon learning that my car was for all intents and purposes abandoned without notification, USAA got on the line with Geely. Geely told them they had my car.
I was not able to get into contact again to confirm delivery (per USAA's request). I got a ride to the delivery address. No car. We rode back to where my car broke down, and there it was.
So not only did they not contact me after the first attempt at finding my key, they LIED to USAA about being in possession of my vehicle and instead claimed they couldn't find my vehicle 2 hours after telling USAA they had it? Absolutely ridiculous. I locked my car and took my key back. Another company will handle my car.
We had a rough morning with a little bit of ice and snow. Brakes would not even stop us and we went into the ditch. Our tow driver even got stuck! But, he managed to get his truck out and us too. Thank you for your patience and effort with our tough tow job!

This tow guy has made my birthday so special for me today! My fiancé is a travel nurse in Fargo ND, and the latest snow storm dumped 13” inches of heavy snow! Wednesday she was off work, frantic and scared and worried about getting home. She barely makes it to her apartments, and at one of her last turns to make It to her destination-she gets stuck. We had plans for my bday and our 3 year anniversary today. I was able to get her roadside to have her car wenched out of the knee deep drift, and the tow guy unfortunately backs her into a parking spot on top of a snow Bank! So
I’m upset, and accepted she wasn’t gonna come home because again she’s stuck even worse. So last night I’m trying to stay positive, and I told her I’m gonna make it happen. I called three tow companies, and all had quoted me $100 flat-well I’m trying to get her home as cheap as possible, being we’ve already spent $200+ from the morning fiascos. So I started to lose hope until this guy calls me back! We have concert tickets already and plans for tonight, but I was losing faith! Here is a really down to earth human being and he was able to help us with a much lower price, being that it’s my bday and he wanted me to enjoy it with my fiancé and that put tears of happiness down my cheeks! She is now on her way home and frankly this is a birthday gift itself! There’s not many people like this these days, especially when it comes to being a business and being about making money. Last night, wasn’t just about making money-it was about being of service- and this company’s service I definitely recommend!!! Thank you again sir!

My insurance connected me to Geely for roadside assistance and I was provided an estimate of 35 - 75 minutes. I have been waiting for 3.5 HOURS. My insurance company and I both attempted to contact them multiple times with no answer. I've given up and am now looking for another company to assist me. I am very sad and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication on Geely's part. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule several appointments I had for today, and requested my insurance look for other, more reliable companies to partner with. I'd say "never again", but, you know, they never came in the first place.
After calling a few towing companies around the area I was either denied a tow due to it not being emergency or being a 6 hour to 1 day wait. I called geely and he got me for the cheapest rate and faster than everyone else. Even had some miscommunication on my quote, putting a car instead of a pickup. Instead of raising the price on me upon arrival, he went forward with the tow job for an extra $20. Very happy with their customer service.
They did $1,700 worth of damage to my car and would not take responsibility for it. They also took 8 hours to get me 12 miles into town. They left multiple times before towing me and were gone for hours. I'm currently making a claim with the roadside assistance. At one point when talking on the phone with the man who towed the vehicle he started cursing at me. Unprofessional and may screw you financially. Under no circumstances should you use them.
