Needed a tow and they took care of me immediately. Professional on the phone, professional on the road, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible customer service, they towed my car to the wrong dealership and i got charged by the right dealer for another tow and have proof they dropped it off at the location and the lady manager wont even listen to me about how it got towed to the spot. She just keeps telling me its written down that it got towed to the right dealer, then hung up on me TWICE.
Had my bulk truck picked up and hauled to Fargo from Grand Forks, by the owner. He’s friendly and really does his job well. I’d highly recommend towing from these guys! The professionalism is outstanding!
called them to see if i could get my truck out because i have medications i need in the truck. The dispatcher lady said she didn't know if it was towed even though she dispatched the call after I gave her a clear description of the vehicle, rambled on for a while just to tell me I have to wait till the next day, oh and of course another charge for holding the car longer, really appreciate it.

I will first say it’s a towing company, what do you expect? My car was towed from a poorly posted lot in Fargo with little to no signage, not the towing company’s fault, BUT the fact they blamed all of the misinformation I received from them on their “new employee” was frustrating at best and in reality just plain BAD BUSINESS. I asked at length what I needed to retrieve my car in the morning and when I arrived in the morning right when they opened they told me it was not sufficient. And when I returned on my lunch break a few hour later to retrieve my car they charged me more then they told me over the phone. Again blaming it on the “new employee”. There is no other line of business you can blame your lack of integrity on a “new employee” and not hold yourself somewhat accountable. There is no accountability with this company, we have your vehicle and we don’t care about you. (Again, it’s a towing company.)
I have never been talked down to and degraded as much as I have been with this towing company. I understand that they may be used to rude customers that are mad their car got towed, but my boyfriend and I were calm and reasonable while the lady at the front was extremely rude. Multiple times did we have to drive back and forth from my apartment to this company because the lady refused to inform us of what we needed in order to pick up the vehicle before we drove out there. In the original phone call she had multiple opportunities to inform us that we need all kinds of information like plates, tags, license, etc? I mean this is ridiculous. She made us drive 4 separate trips to pick up different things she lacked tell us about prior that we needed. I didn’t realize that Northland Towing was both a towing company and the DMV and the Fargo Police Department. I mean, if you are going to be expecting so much from people picking up vehicles, at least don’t be rude on top of that. She also lied and said she was the manager, then when asked by another worker, now the manager is suddenly someone named Aileen, which the original lady refused to give the number for. Absolutely terrible and inhumane service and treatment. I understand I am not your customer, but my boyfriend and I are still human beings that deserve human decency. No one should feel so degraded that they have to make a review to warn other people, ever. I hope whatever she is going through, she gets through it, because this was obviously bigger than us.
When I called to see how I could pay for it. They demanded Cash for a Tow, I asked if I could use a Credit Card, the lady on the telephone said absolutely NOT! was extremely rude. Really got upset and hung up on me when I asked If I would get a receipt. Sounds to me like she might be skimming cash and possibly not reporting it to the state either. Do yourselves a favor. Demand an official computer generated receipt if your paying cash! This Doesn't pass the smell test.
Few of us Tn boys had a injector hang 1500 mi from home and Corey and his band was awesome! Went WAY above and beyond to get us back on the rd. AAAA++++ if theres ever a heaven sent it was these folks. Thanks yall, from Tennessee 10

had my car towed away without any knowledge to me or warning. It was being worked on, cause I needed my oil sending unit repaired. I called this Northland Towing and asked them if I can at least get my personal stuff out of my car, she told me I would have to pay $180.00 dollars before I can get my stuff. Now they want $205.00, because of some paperwork. So yeah, they are rip offs and you don't want to rent from Anda, now known as Rose Management, cause when you move out they will show their true colors and fraudulently charge you for things that are illegal. So ppl take pictures before you move in and when you move out, keep a good paper trail.
I have had 2 bad experiences here. I left my car overnight in the work parking lot and i had permission from everyone including the regional manager to leave it there. The owner of the property had it towed over night. When I went to get my things my car was unlocked. I had lost my keys that's why I left it. My beer was gone and I had furniture missing. They insisted they did not unlock the car and did not take anything even though I saw them using the furniture in the office. They kept saying I couldnt get any of my belongings unless I gave them the pink slip even though i paid 150 to retrieve my things. They had a police officer call and harass me for my pink slip. I called the PD and they said they had nothing to do with it and that who ever called did it from a personal number. The price was too much to get the car out.
Northland Towing gave us a big help moving a trailer from North Dakota to Florida. We are extremely satisfied with the service received. The company and the driver are both very professional and efficient.
I can see why this business only has three stars. Only reason they are in business because they get contracted through businesses. They make horrible judgement calls just to screw over the citizens of Fargo/Moorhead.

Zero stars. Predatory business. Constant construction going on at my apt building and they tow my car without any forewarning while I'm quarantined and now demand $300. I call to discuss and I get hung up on almost immediately by a very rude woman. Embarrassing behavior especially in the middle of a pandemic that is leaving many without jobs or dead. Zero sympathy, zero understanding, just straight rude garbage.
I have been using Northland Towing for quite a while now for my property management business and they have always been VERY friendly and great to work with. The office staff have always assisted me in a timely manner.
PLEASE dont ever use these guys. Rude, will charge for things they shouldnt, because they know they can or will hold your vehicle in IMPOUND PRISON after an hour. Needed help meeting me to move out of ditch. My phone died. They left a message saying would not send anyone if they couldn't get ahold of me. was fine with that, then went to get it myself. Was missing. called to see if they had it they said no. than told that night they did from police dep.Were all very rude cost 500 dollars. call Eds towing. Great people there. IM also a veteran. they are more like criminals
I locked both sets of my keys in my car on a Saturday evening. The guy who came was there in a very reasonable amount of time. He was nice and got the job done. I was grateful that he was available to help me out, taking time out of his Saturday evening. Thanks for the great service.
Was met at the front desk by a complete jerk. The guy who met me was very defensive and sarcastic and I don't know why or for what reason. Would not recommend.
Midwest towing is just a disgusting money hungry business. I called within 5 min of my car being towed at 11:40 PM and they would not return it to me or even allow me to get it back until 10am the next morning which completely ruined my weekend trip. Charged me $60 for "storage", which breaks down to $30 for the "first day" being 20 MINUTES before midnight and another $30 even when I got my car at the earliest possible time. That's on top of $150 towing fee for parking and running inside for 10 min to gather my things and return to my car (which of course was then taken). Fees are completely unreasonable and they will unethically charge you with a smug look on their face. I'm sorry if you are ever forced to deal with them. However if you're looking for towing service, DO NOT use these people. They do not deserve any business what-so-ever.
Don't let this second business name fool you, this is the same company as Harry's Towing. These guys are rude to say the least. I have dealt with them in having my car towed, as well as using them to tow cars in a private lot. The workers are difficult to talk to as they are stuck up and think they don't need to show any respect. They also are willing to bad mouth their customers which generate their income. Do not use this towing company, you will regret it.
