10/10 service. I had a nail in my tire late Friday afternoon and I had a busy day of work and needed to get back on the road ASAP. So rob got me in and fixed my tire in 5 minutes! Amazing service. Lots of Knowledge. Good energy. Highly recommend.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND !!!.. I broke down 2 1/2 miles South of Dunseith in my semi on a Friday ... Rob and the other fellow were on top of it on a Friday of all days ... Rob had to run to Minot to go get a tensioner for my truck it took them 3 plus hours of driving ... They showed up as fast as they could knowing I was in the cold and my truck wasn't running ... I highly recommend this shop ... It's to bad I can only give 5 star because I truly if I could give 10 stars I would give them a 10.1 hands down ... Thank You Rob for your exceptional service and rescuing me and getting my truck going ...
Had a flat tire 200 miles from home, on a very busy Monday they squeezed me in and was back on the road by noon. Place to go for your auto repairs if you want it done right and quick.
Very accommodating to your needs. I found that my tire was flat where I work. I live 20 miles out of town and didn't have a way to take care of it. Not to mention it was winter time! They went to my vehicle, took off the flat tire, fixed it and put it back on. I was able to drive there after work and pay them for their work. I was extremely grateful to them and am so glad that we have such fine upstanding services right here in Bottineau! I can't say enough. Thank you Oak Creek!
I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! Rob and his guys have the know-how to fix any vehicle. Honest and will not overcharge. If you ask, they will explain the problem and give you options!
