This place is absolutely horrible. I have gone there at least 15 times in the last year and only once did they have the thing I was looking for. Every time I go in they don’t have what I need (and it’s just common simple stuff). The shelves are 80% empty and such a mess.
I think they need new management or something.
Just go to Auto Value or Runnings and don’t waste your time here.
The gentlemen who helped me, James and another man, were extremely nice and helpful in providing excellent service each time I've been in. I'll be directing everybody I can to NAPA for any reason. Highly recommend!

Owner personally helped me out when I was in a pinch, it didn't bother him I'm from Commiefornia. These guys are legit, buy things from them!
Really helpful team here that goes the extra mile to help you out. Do know: thanks to COVID or maybe just an off day, they're opening at least an hour later on weekends. Otherwise, a great experience
I wanted to return a gun that I purchased that was not working properly for me and they would not return it they said they fixed it but it's really still sticky and doesn't seem to be working correctly I know now that I will not stop at Napa anymore it was like didn't give a s*** attitude only if you're buying something with a very nice to you they were not to informative that did not call me when my repairs were done on the gun I just want to business with Napa anymore now I'm sitting with a gun that I can't use
I was i area an broke down .The owner and his wife we great people and helped my wife and I a grrat deal they were super helpful .I would recommend anyone living there or traveling threw to support this loval napa store .You will be better for having know them
Always very helpful. If they don't have what you need, they'll get it for you. Forgot to mention, they also have one of the best gun and ammo selections in the area.
