Amazing experience! He answered the phone on my first try contacting the company and was super friendly and helpful. I called around 2:15 PM on a Monday, and he picked up the car in less than an hour! Not to mention, the company is based in Yadkin County while the car was in Surry County. He picked up the car and sent me his card information to give to the vehicle’s owner. I was very pleased with his professionalism and politeness. I would definitely recommend Nathan from Valley Towing to everyone! Very happy customer :)
Nathan helped me with a tow today when I was dealing with some battery issues. He was willing to drive me and my car a long way, and was super nice. Really thankful for the assistance!
I ran out of fuel on I - 77, but wasn’t sure if thats what it was due to a broken fuel gauge. They brought me fuel within 20 minutes of me calling and the driver helped me get it cranked (he had to turn the key while I cracked the injectors to get air out).
They were respectful, kind, and ready to serve. I will always keep this companies number in my phone as I pass through their area atleast once a month. Thank you Valley Towing
Nathan came to our rescue for a flat tire when AAA said another 60-90 minute wait after we had waited an hour. He was wonderful!! So kind, caring and helpful. He helped us find a business nearby to purchase a new tire. We higly recommend Valley Towing!!
These guys were great. Very friendly country boys. I was locked out of my car, I called them and they were at my car within 15 minutes. If I ever need this service again. You bet your bottom dollar I’ll call them. I took their business cards and handed them out to my family and friends, with suggestions on using their services. The owner of Valley Towing was amazing. AAA never dispatched our call after my son wrecked and ended up in a field. After waiting for hours for AAA (who never sent anyone), Valley Towing came right out when we called them directly and pulled us out. Owner was nice and very professional. The tow truck driver was professional and got the job done quickly, but when he took it to my mechanic in downtown Winston-Salem, he left it outside the shop, unlocked, with the key in the ashtray. Thankfully it did not get stolen but he absolutely should have put the key in the Dropbox.

I’d give Valley Towing six stars if it was an option. I broke down on 77. They arrived quickly, got my car up on the truck, and delivered it safely to my mechanic.
