The store is well organized and very clean. I was welcomed as soon as I entered and offered assistance. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I actually ended up saving money with their helpful input. All around great experience for someone that has little mechanical knowledge.
Cody the manager went above and beyond !!! He carried the battery we needed out to our car , took the old one back in and then when we asked for a wrench to put the mirrors on our jeep , he came out and put the mirrors on for us ! So helpful and amazing quality service !!!
I recently had issues with my battery and didn’t know where to start. When I went here the workers helped me with everything I needed. They even put it in for me! I highly recommend if you have car trouble.
Had issues with my car and stopped by this store for oil and transmission fluid. I was very impressed with the help I received from the store manager Cody. His customer service was the best I had experienced in awhile! Thank you Cody and your team!
I will say, I don’t think I’ve ever been to such a helpful establishment in my life. They were able to give me exactly what I needed to get my car running right. Now my baby purrs like she never heard before. God bless O’Reilly’s and the manager Cody for Helping me so good.
It's ok sometimes when that girl gets through doing what ever it is in back 7 or 8 people standing there waiting to check out an she come up an answer the phone and stayed on it I just put my stuff back and left they used to have people that knew how to get the job done
I have a car that seems to need a new starter every two years. I bought one from them with a lifetime replacement warranty. I'm on starter #3 I have never had any issue with the exchange. I bring in the old one and walk out with the new one no charge.
I went to this location to try and get my air compresser a new hose since mine had broken and when I went in there the staff was rude and didn't even try to help me with my issue. Guess I'll be taking my business to advanced or auto zone.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which was a nice change. Talking to Chance took me back to when you had to know how to work on a car to work in a parts shop. Thank you!
Great service. I dropped by at lunch today to have my car battery tested. A very nice gentleman came out and tested it. Sure enough, it was time to replace my current battery. After work, I returned to have a new battery installed. He showed me the different options and quickly had a new battery. I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely be returning for future needs.
I’m with ole tony on this one, not everyone is rude but there’s a tale male there who was very rude just doesn’t seem helpful, I always go there because everyone is nice but I hadn’t been here in months and the day I go, I get treated bad, I might come back again later on but for now they lost a loyal customer hmmm. Not satisfied and just feel like that man didn’t care much about the customers it’s sad that this is what it comes to
Good chain auto parts store. If they don't have it in stock they will have it sent from warehouse overnight or another store if needed. Customer rewards are a nice perk
