My husband was in an accident last night and was treated horribly by the tow truck driver. My husband was told $350 and we proceeded to get his tools out of the truck that he NEEDED for work today, and the driver calls the police again because my husband was “taking too long”. We are here to get the truck and we find out it’s $150 more dollars! How difficult is it to be a decent human being? It is pure evil and greed that would kick someone while they are down. We should automatically just HELP people when they are clearly struggling… not pile on more burdens and cause them more suffering. We need more businesses that show kindness and compassion in times of need and as followers of Christ that is what we are called to do. Show some mercy and grace. I cannot stand to see my husband, who is such a kind person, be treated this way. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Too much Greed from these people. I am disgusted and disappointed.
Absolutely tremendous customer service! First, the dispatch let me know that I was slightly outside of their typical service area and kindly recommended other tow services that she knew was closer to my location. After learning that the other tow services were going to charge me more and make me wait longer for the pickup, I called Dean's back.
Mr. Lee showed up very quickly after I provided my location and proceeded to load my car onto the tow truck bed with efficiency and care. Apart from the circumstances, it was a treat to ride to the destination with Mr. Lee, hear stories from his extensive career, and muse about the causes of my car's latest temper tantrum. When we arrived at the destination, Mr. Lee unloaded my car with the same attention to detail and and efficiency with which he had loaded it. It gave me the feeling that this is how Mr. Lee would load his own car onto a tow truck if he had to.
I could not have asked for more and if I find myself in need of a tow service again, I'll be calling Dean's Wrecker Service.
Exceptional service! Two very professional gentleman helped move a 37’ motorhome. I wish I could remember both their names but one of them was Oscar. We agreed upon a meet time and they were just a little late due to traffic. The two gentleman were very nicely dressed and professional. They took great care to not harm the motorhome which was parked in a challenging spot. Oscar’s maneuvering skills are top notch! I highly recommend their service!

Deans Wrecking Service was hired by Tesla to deliver my loaner car from Raleigh to Wilmington. Cody was the driver and this guy is 6ft7in pure intimidation but a heart of gold. Personally delivered loaner from Tesla and picked up my Tesla even though this was the end of his shift. My wife’s water broke and we had to rush to the hospital but my motor in my model Y gave out for some reason. Cody, God has something special planned for you my guy. Thank you so much to you and your team. It really means a lot to me and the family. Baby is healthy and resting with mommy.

Top tier service. My car broke down in wake forest. I called from Sanford and they had my car picked up and dropped at my mom’s house in under a half hour. Sent me a convenient link for payment. Reasonably priced! 10/10!
Terrible customer service. Driver was very rude. I didn’t ask for the tow service it was called at the scene by police. However all the car needed was a jump and he didn’t even try or would not assist before towing my car. Then charged over $400 for the car to be towed ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend.
They have been usually very fare , they have towed my F550 and my Crown victor. They are towing me again the owner called me that greatly impressed me . Am glad I got them to tow for me again. They are the absolute best when towing large trucks I know I use to have a tandem back in the day. But now 71 too much stress for me. Thank you again Dean's wrecker. Worst experience ever. My friend had an accident due to traffic lights not functioning weeks ago. Dean's wrecker were called by the police officer on seen. My friend was mistreated by the driver of the wrecker. He was racist, yelled and got in my friends face, told her to go back to her country and cursed at her. She was already nervous due to the accident but this guy made her cry. I couldn't add a review then, so I called the wrecker company and spoke to a lady who said she would pass along the information. I hope he was fired! And hope this company considers a discount or no charge to my friend who was emotionally distressed due to this experience.
I am so grateful for Dean’s Wrecker, Curtis and Kevin! They saved me literally! I was riding on Old Wake Forest Road, at night, and I heard and felt a loud noise. Instantly I knew something was wrong with one of my tires, possibly my car. I pulled over and Kevin walked to my car asking me what was wrong. Once he determined there was no damage to my car, he said he could put on my spare. I slowly pulled my car to the garage while Kevin and Curtis worked on the tire. I was able to stay in my car because it was cold outside and they sent me on my way. They told me that best way to get back to my home in Durham by taking the back roads. I really appreciate them taking the time to help me out and making sure that I was safe. I would use this business again and again thank you Curtis and Kevin!

On the morning of February 16th I had a car accident, one of their tow trucks showed up at the scene, and the guy was very arrogant, he ignored my questions..
I arrived with my husband at 11:30am to the place 6901 old wake forest road raleigh nc 27616; to be able to pick up all the things in my car, and to my surprise I found the same man with long blond hair, my husband asked him if we could take the things out of the car, and he said he was in the back.
I asked him if it was open and he very upset replied that I couldn't go in and that only my husband could go in.
THE CAR IS MINE, NOT MY HUSBAND'S...
Then we went to the back to get our things and he got even more upset and chased me away. He disrespected us for not being "American." I'm a permanent resident of the United States of America and just because I have Hispanic roots doesn't mean he has to disrespect me. He discriminated against us for being Hispanic. The truth is, what a bad image and what a bad impression. I will never go back to that place with people like that. Check the cameras and you'll realize that at no time were we disrespectful, it wasn't our intention, we were just going for my things. I hope for a response to this bad moment and to my message.

Perfect. My vehicle died on the way to work on a very cold morning and I called them in a pinch. They promptly quoted me (which is exactly what I was charged), showed up on time, and delivered my vehicle in a community parking space as close as possible to my unit without any prompting. Couldn't ask for a better resolution for what was initially a rotten morning.
Will be using Deans wrecker service again in the future! Original towing company couldn’t make it to help off load a forklift. I called deans 30 minutes before the delivery time and they really did an outstanding job. Got to us within 45 minutes, the driver Brandon was amazing, working professionally and quickly. 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of towing assistance!
Called Thursday Feb 8, 2924 to prearrange a tow at my house for morning of Feb 9, car had a dead battery, wanted my Bimmer shop to replace it, but appointment had to be for the next day. Dean's did a great job prepping for the tow by phone: is your car 4WD (yes) then we must use a rollback truck, not mast and hook or transmission will be damaged; will it go into neutral (no) then we will try a jump, put in neutral and wench onto truck if won't start or maybe it will start and we can drive it on. I mentioned they would have to back up my long, curvy, narrow driveway to get to car in garage, there was no turnaround area for a truck. They got on Google Earth, saw my house and the drive, figured out car location, brought long jumpers, all set for 7:30 a.m. appearance.
They called me at 7:00 the next morning to say they were in the driveway. Early!!! Nice. New truck, clean, two gentlemen clean in appearance, courteous, quick, professionals, not weekend warriors. They had to turn the truck around in the cul-de-sac because the cables would not reach backing in...no complaint, just "hey we need to turn the truck around, back in a second". Pulled up, hooked up, car started, they had to back out again to cul-de-sac to then back up to the garage to load the car, no complaint. Drove the car up, closed the windows (rain coming), checked that roof was closed, paid by credit card, and they were gone. It was fast, deliberate, care was taken, they knew what to do. A special acknowledgement for the dispatcher: he was excellent and thorough with clarifying what would be needed so the right truck and equipment would be sent...this is a well run company that delivered excellent service, strongly recommend.
I had a bad experience with AAA where they the driver didn't show up and canceled the service request. I had an appointment to get my car fixed at 1:30 and with no way to get it there. I called Dean's and he had a driver here in 14 minutes, and had my vehicle hooked up and down the road in no time! I will definitely be using his services in the future.
Well I've never really had a POSITIVE experience with a tow company..until now!! My jeep met its demise on the side of the road earlier this morning (clutch!!) as my pooch and I were returning from our earlier morning trail run. I called around and finally got ahold of Dean's. I was in a bit of a hurry and Dean showed up in about 10min! Loaded er' up and allowed my small pooch and I to ride in the truck with him, he even offered his tastycake snack for her as she was trying to steal it off the seat..lol! Dropped us all home safe and sound, easy peasy, and price wasn't astronomical like I feared. Dean was extremely pleasant and I would DEF recommend them for your towing needs! THANK YOU for gettng us home safely!! Cleo enjoyed her first tow truck ride!!!
I called Dean's on a Sunday to meet my daughter in South Raleigh to tow her vehicle to North Raleigh. I can't say enough about the level of service she received. They were on time, kind, professional, and even humorous, which is something needed at this time. The cost was so reasonable. Thank you Dean's for taking care of us. Outstanding customer service and they stand behind their work. I’ve been using Deans for 10 plus years and have never had an issue. On my last call to them they damaged my trailer. I called them and let them know. Within 36 hours, they looked at it and had it fixed. The guy that repaired it said he offered them 2 fixes. One was good enough and one was putting it back how it was. Deans opted for the latter. A++++ customer service. Would highly recommend and refer anyone I know looking for a tow
