Eric is the real deal. Could not have asked for a better experience with trying to junk my car. He was very flexible with my hectic schedule, fast, friendly and very honest. Seriously….don’t go anywhere else. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know and will be holding on to his number in case I need his services again.

Much better experience than I had planned on. I had stripped most of my Impreza to sell the parts and Eric was extremely helpful in removing the remaining chassis/carcass. Great guy, very friendly, and he was very quick removing the car from the public parking at my apartment.
Hopefully I will never need to junk a car again, but I would not hesitate to contact Eric if I find myself in the situation.
Just plain rude! I donated my car to a vet in Cary, but I live about 2 hours away. The engine blew and AAA said the car would cost more to fix than it's worth so I started to call around to get the vehicle junked. This gentleman cut me off while I was explaining this, assuming I didn't have a title or keys. I was immediately offended and asked if I could finish my sentence. His response: "Sure, but I'm a very, very busy man." Wow! I told him to have a nice day and hung up. Whatever happened to being polite?
Great service. Called and had my car towed and removed in about two hours. They gave me a quote on the phone and showed up with cash - real money-about 90 minutes later. Very impressive service. They are out of Raleigh and I was in Smithfield, near the Clayton line. They came to get my car fast. Thanks.

I would absolutely use these guys again!!....after getting multiple quotes they offered me the most and they were 15 minutes early...I have junked a car in the past with a different company and they offered me one price and then when they got to me they lowered it by 50 bucks. Not these guys...I was given the cash in hand as quoted. The whole process literally took 5 min!!
These are great guys. We have done a lot of business with them in Raleigh, Cary, Garner, Apex, Morrisville, Clayton and Duham. Nice guys, that pay cash for your junk car, running or not. They work with us at Raleigh Metal Recycling. They are the best in junk car removal, towing and pick up of salvage cars. Importantly, yes, if the car is 9 model years or newer, they need a title, by NC law.
