Not a good place to do buisness for me. Called for quote on a rim got there and they raised the price. Some friends called for same rim and they gave them both different price. Too shady for me I left the buisness.
Prices seemed fine, located in great place and even looks clean for a junk yard. BUT the employees are something else!!! Starting from the guy that barely speaks English in the front desk whos rude to employees that show the car are absolutely horrendous and rude.
Hello Raleigh. I needed a battery for my vehicle..I called around to a few places and this place was the only place who had batteries. This guy was really nice and helpful. He had me in and out. Great customer service.
For me customer service is important. I was greeted with great customer service and George( I hope that his name) helped to make sure I got the right part. He also gave me power words for the day.
The part was available and affordable. The front area was small but they had a sitting room to wait for your part. I gave 4 stars only because the color was not a match but paint will take care of that. Other than that I was totally satisfied. Thank you for your service.
Easy to navigate and staff is always friendly. Prices are fair and usually less than other pull a part places. My favorite place for used tires. Huge selection of quality tires and about half the price of a new one. They do mount and balance for $10 too
Not really trying to be mean asked a simple question man wouldn’t even use his computer to look up. The part told me couldn’t help me hung up the phone after waiting 25 minutes on hold no respect at this place. Definitely terrible service I would not recommend this place to any of my fellow mechanics

Great prices great service and their parts actually work!! The owner is super friendly and professional. I came right before closing and was about 15 bucks short on the total and he waved the rest and I got my tailgate my alternator and im a customer for life.

The service was great, I went in not knowing what I was asking for and they helped me get what I needed. I will definitely be coming back for my other car needs.
Everything was great until one of the employees at the back brought us the wrong car piece, when he was told he put an Angry face and told us to come back because he had to have lunch, which is understandable. When we came back he had an attitude, claiming he was waiting at the back where we aren’t allowed to enter and came back with nothing, first time coming here and received bad service.
I was referred to Jackson Auto Salvage by another business to replace my tire rims, which were reportedly bent and causing a leak. However, the issue was resolved by tightening the tire valve stem. Jackson Auto efficiently addressed the problem and got me back on the road. Thank you.

This place is a hidden gem. Called several part junkyards looking for a vapor canister. Was going to have to drive 1.5 hours due to needing it asap for inspection. Called Jackson's not only did they have the part but I was willing to get it pulled and picked up the same day which was a blessing. Would definitely use them again if needed.
Great experience. Fast & busy place, but in & out quickly. They really seem to care about getting you the right parts. If you call ahead, then they may even send you a text photo. Worked for me.
jackson auto salvage is a magical place where cars think they go to die, but are given new life with the help of the garage crew mechanics and the owner, Tom Jackson. the auto salvage itself is pristine and full of hidden treasures. i was very lucky to have found my treasure at the perfect time: after losing my old car to an accident… i was reunited with my favorite type of car: a HONDA! it is the absolute perfect car for me and i couldnt be happier with it’s features: bluetooth, working sunroof, the tornado shaped wheels and the sleek black shiny color makes it look even cooler! this car was exactly in my price range and it runs like a dream ive only had the last time i owned a honda 14 years ago. i drive about 500-700 miles a week for work, school and my son. my car is essential in my existence; its safety and reliability are imperative. finding Stormy, my “new” honda civic from jackson auto salvage was a life saver. im very grateful! and will visit again.
Only giving 4 stars because of the guy that changed my tire. Went up here on a Saturday to be told they had to close early and come back Monday. Come back Monday and then they told me they wouldn’t have anyone to change the tire until the following Thursday. Then suggested I go down to Pooles garage but they said I would have to bring the new tire with. long story short someone ended up coming up and asking me if it was an emergency and I said yes and he kinda just dismissed me like just ring her up. Didn’t say nothing about where to go or anything. They overwork the guy that did my tire. Nobody helps him and it’s wrong.
I got a 1993 Honda Accord LX 2 door coupe from Jackson Auto Salvage 2 years ago and I have put 70,000 miles on it since then. I am extremely happy with my classic Honda and Jackson Auto Salvage.
This is "the place to go" if you're looking for dependable, and reasonable priced used auto parts. Tom, the owner, and his staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and go the extra mile to answer customer questions, and will call other salvage yards if they don't have the part you're looking for. When I needed a specific bumper, I called ahead to have it pulled and when I arrived, I bypassed the long line, and was in and out! Unless you are a mechanic, and want to pull the part yourself, I encourage calling ahead because this place is always busy! I don't mind driving from Durham to Raleigh, because it's worth it. And the coffee there is always hot and available! I highly recommend this salvage yard be your "first" stop if you're looking for good quality used auto parts. It will undoubtedly be your only stop!

This salvage yard isn't just pick your own parts, they also have a huge inventory of parts already pulled in their warehouse and have some new inventory as well. Just came to pick up a wheel for my 2014 Toyota Corolla and Jackson Auto saved me over $120 compared to prices quoted to me from my dealership & at least $25-45 when compared many other tire shops.
I also came here 5yrs ago to replace wheel covers that were stolen off my vehicle while I was at work. Saved me a good deal of money back then as well.
Customer service was solid. Professional & polite. The owner's wife was at the front desk and the owner fulfilled my order request himself in person.
I drive out here from Chapel Hill and when K call ahead to make sure they have the part I need, it's always been worth the trip while running other errands that take me out to Raleigh. I don't quite understand the low ratings/reviews, but I can only speak to my experiences here which have always been great. Thanks for making sure my ride is road-worthy.

Great service and fast. The tire prices are competitive and they let you choose them. There is a particular person that works there whose name I won’t mention, but he is a great, fast, and efficient worker. Excellent place to get parts, patch tires or tires in general. I would recommend you check this place out or call them to get a quote on a part that you are looking for. They offer excellent service and their personnel know what they are talking about. The front office is fast and will get you on your way in no time. Overall, great quality service at good prices.
