What an awesome company. Mark was there to save the day very quickly. I’m going thru a few things with cancer right now and Mark really made my day with our quick interaction, the heat wave today cut us short but he completely turned my day around for me. It’s always nice meeting such great people.
Mark is the man! We had a box truck that did not want to start. Called Mark in the morning, he got to my truck within an hour, and got em started. Great on prices!! Truck companies and truck drivers, if you need a jump start, call Mark! He will get you up and running for great price!
On 3/10/25 I hit something in the roadway just as I got on the interstate from the airport. It blew both of my passenger side tires and busted my front rim. I had my adult children and toddler granddaughters with me. Other tow companies told me they couldn't transport us. One even told me they could only take 2 of us and suggested we get the car fixed and return for the others (who leaves toddlers on the side of I-40??)!
Cary's came, brought a tow truck and an SUV to take us to Mr. Tire (do not go there!!! See my review on their Google). Once we arrived there, we discovered that we needed a rim and Mr. Tire didn't have one, however, Cary's did. They went and got it and brought it back. They were fast, courteous, and kind. They made sure we all, especially my grandbabies, were ok. I cannot thank them enough.
If I could give this company a zero I would. Yesterday one of their drivers was behind me and 5-6 other cars which were all behind a student driver. This driver proceeds to lay on their air horn, pass people in a turning lane, get behind me (which I am behind the student driver) get right up on my bumper and lay on his air horn. When the student driver and I get into a turning lane, he pulls up beside this CHILD! And proceeds to start cussing them out. Absolutely appalling that this company would have drivers like this. And when I called to report them, they hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. Awful company.
I was in a accident and they take my car. One's take my car never answer my calls, for 3 miles charge to me $320 is ridiculous they only want the money. They don't care th service. Is just there to take your money.

Tow vehicle was on on time after the police reported the incident. Staff member was helpful when we went to pick up personal al stuff and license plate.
Rude employees. One of their tow truck drivers got so angry with me because he was in my way that he slammed on brakes and damaged the front end of the vehicle he was towing. Good luck getting your car where it needs to be in one piece and professionally!

My car would not start last Saturday in Durham. Called AAA in the early evening and they contracted with Cary Towing tow a car from a parking garage with 8' 2" clearance. The two people with Cary Towing were professional, arrived on time, and showed remarkable skill in getting my car out of the parking garage and to the repair shop. Thank you for making a difficult situation easy.
