While a protest happened today for those fightings for their freedoms, Freedom Towing was purposefully targeting their cars. How ironic.
EDIT: Since we’re responding: Freedom Towing was indeed “fulfilling their contractual obligations” that day which is this according to their own drivers: “We are obligated to tow individuals who park in the lot in front of the stores who are not customers and marked spaces.” Well, they missed it there. Had to talk to a driver that I was a customer, had indeed purchased from the Aldi at that location, and don’t tow my car. Maybe it seemed like low-hanging fruit to grab whatever car was there, but not all of them were in violation. 15 spotters was not enough for the hundreds of cars, so if it can’t be confirmed or denied for a car of a customer, maybe don’t pick that one up.
Thank God for the kind man and woman I met today. They saw me stuck in the middle of the road and out of the kindness of their hearts towed me to safety (and a tire shop) and wouldn’t take a dime!! Truly outstanding people

Let me start with the fact they came all the way to Fuquay-Varina to get the key to my vehicle. My vehicle was stuck in Raleigh. Now the good part. I walked outside to had the gentleman my key. We spoke briefly and I turned to go back inside. Apparently my dog had somehow managed to lock me out. HOW? Good question, I'm still trying to figure that one out. And it was the deadbolt that was locked lol. Now I'm freaking out, it's pouring, it's dark and cold. I go around to the back door, locked. I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off about to cry. This man helped me find a window that he was able to open. I'm under 5ft, no way I'm getting up there without help. Plus my dogs are trying to escape thru the window I'm trying to crawl into. He put his hands out, and lifted me and my muddy shoes up and thru the window. I laugh about now, and I'm sure he did as well. What I'm trying to say is, he went above and beyond from getting the key to making sure I was safe and inside. You are a superstar. And I'm so glad it was you and not a lil dude lol.

At 1am Christie came to the rescue and helped me so much and did a great job explaining things, she also helped me the next day get my belongings out of my car and got me home safe the night of the accident!! She’s the best
Updated... it was brought to my attention that they do have after hours recovery options and their driver was on a call at the time,they were courteous despite my frustration and responded in a timely manner. That's all you can ask.
Lordy, this woman has been a life saver numerous times! From a flat tire to locking keys in your car or just plain needing towed, I’ll always recommend how awesome she is! Plus, who can beat a bad a$$ woman!
I work at a high-end service center, and I've never used Kristy personally, but I have observed her and how she treats people's property when she brings it in here, and I have to say that watching someone actually take the time to care, and really just show the proper reverence for the fact that someone invested heavily in their car and doing her best to protect that investment, even in the car owners absence, is pretty phenomenal. I will definitely use Freedom Towing, if I ever find myself in need of a tow. It is 100% worth waiting, to me, if it means the person handling my stuff, actually cares about it.
Freedom Towing is the BEST towing company EVER! They're awesome and affordable! You definitely get what you pay for with this company. They went above an beyond to take care of my car and parallel park it in front of my house.
Car was illegally towed in a parking spot and carged $250 cash ONLY ( which is now illegal in the the state of NC ) also have video of transactions and conversation with driver

Literally the best towing experience I have ever had from start to finish! I needed a tow from Raleigh to Burlington, and after calling several other places they were able to help. The wait wasn’t long and the young lady (I hate that I didn’t get her name) that came out to help was very quick, polite and professional. I will definitely be using their services again!
I had my big dulley truck break down the mechanic shop recommended freedom towing best decision I made im hours from home the service that this young lady gave me was phenomenal very caring and soft spoken came way out the way to pick my vehicle up and even waited for me to come where she was at didnt complain or poor mouth at all with my experience from any wrecker company i had to deal with was rude and always rushing you not one time did she rush me but asked multiple times did i get everything out my truck and even went behind me to make sure i got everything i would highly recommend this guys price wise and service best ever thank you guys for being fast efficient and good price
Customer service rep was nice and tried to keep me updated on tow truck availability however ots after 5:20pm and no truck has showed up yet. I scheduled a tow truck @2:33pm to take it to the repair shop but they are closed now. I wish I was informed if they couldn't be here by now.
Christy was nice enough to stop and help me by towing my vehicle to a tire shop. She couldn't have been nicer and I very much appreciated her making the unplanned trip to help me.
Absolutely the nicest and most helpful people you could ever ask for. They were able to safely tow our car to a local transmission shop they recommended. The transmission shop was great as well. Christy and her team at Freedom are awesome!
This has to be some of the smoothest and fastest towing service I've used. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very friendly. No one ever likes having accidents or being left stranded by their cars but this is the best number to call just in case it ever does.
Honestly this company gives really great customer service 10/10 highly recommend. They treat you like family and make sure everything is a smooth process.
